Cycling from Lisbon to Cascais - back and forth - Excellent service and good advise on our bike trip to Cascais. We used E-bikes, they worked well and charging remained in a good level also after some 50 km cycling.

RIDE-TRAIN-RIDE!!!! - LUNCH-TRAIN. - What a GREAT day! The Bikeiberia team did everything but hold our hands on this adventure. Anyone with a bit of GPS knowledge can make this one happen. Now......if they include a voice tape with a little history or adventure options....wow! It was better then I expected just as it is. Great Job TEAM BIKEIBERIA!!

Fun in Lisbon - Great place to hire bikes i Lisbon . We hired E Bikes , our first taste a E Bikes . As experienced cyclist we had great fun and covered many more miles and "hills" then if on a normal bike.

We did not make it far around the loop due to directions, but turned around and went back to the Sintra for time sake. - We had issues with the GPS. It was not a turn-by-turn modern apparatus, but a map with a colored outline that was very hard to read.

Poor and negligent service - Rented bikes from bike iberia for a three day cycle trip. Not very helpful in suggesting routes. When I asked the girl to recommend suitable cycle routes, she sighed and said she would need two hours to set out a route and that they dont really provide tht service to people who are just renting bikes and not getting the self guided tour. She then reluctantly suggested some routes which turned out to be for the most part traffic heavy main roads. My friend rented her bike from the other place in Sintra, and they were far better providing us with free maps and recommending quiet secondary roads to cycle on for our last day. Also bike iberia didn't screw the handle bars of my bike in properly so for the first day, I couldn't control my bike properly, very scary experience and when I complained about this they just shrugged and said oh yeah it's a new bike. Other then that the bikes were fine.
