Excellent experience - Bellem tower is a must-see landmark of Lisbon that really stands out from the rest of the attractions in the city. The self-guided tour was really interesting and easy to follow. Definitely recommended.

Worth it! - We visited a top monument with an excellent audio tour. Also we had no problem with the purchase of the tickes and the downloading! The audio tour was extremely interesting.

A must visit site. - Spectacular tower on the river front,photo shoot incredable monument,came on train from town,over land,walked along Belim park,full of monuments,statues,monestery,eartquake museum.

Quick entry - Line moved very quickly, friendly staff. We didn't get the audio part working though, so we just toured on our own. Amazing spot!!

Great audio; difficult instructions - The trip to Belem tower is one that all tourists should have in their itinerary. The surroundings are really lovely to spend a whole day in , along with other attractions nearby. I found the booking experience a bit difficult as there were instructions with so many steps to download the audio etc; it didn’t work smoothly. And there were so many emails from other tours I had booked so it all became quite difficult to track. I whatsapped Clio Muse with a query on the previous day and never got a reply. I searched through my emails and had to figure out all the steps again. Then I spent a lot of time in the queue, and only started the audio once in the tower and realized there were parts that I should have listened to while outside. The audio itself was very good, clear and I just wish I had been able to listen to it synchronously. I think the instructions should tell people this specifically.

Skip the line didn’t mean much - Skip the line appears to be only for ticket purchase, where there really wasn’t much of a line. But no skip the line to enter. We were lucky to only wait 30 minutes. The audio was good quality for those interested in hearing the details.

Awful experience - It was an hour wait for entry even with this ticket Such a complicated system of down loading app to acsess the guide … once in Lisbon it used so much data & it only was only available 24 hours before I DIDNT EVEN GO IN TERRIBLE WASTE OF Time & money

No audio and difficulty getting tickets - Booked the ticket and ‘get tickets’ link doesn’t work. Work around was to go to trip advisor and email ticket to myself. No link to download audio. Hoping the operator will respond to my text. Hoping the actual visit tomorrow goes well.
