Lisboa classic dining - Wonderful evening learning some history of Portugal and how to make some classic Portuguese dishes. The food, the wine, and the company were all first rate.

Ze is ze best!!! - Ze is a charming and knowledgeable host. He gives a thorough history of Portugal through the story of food and family. Everything is delicious and authentic and cooked with love and care. It was unique to be welcomed into a private home and we guests feel privileged for the chance to be in a local and typical home. Thoroughly enjoyable evening dinner - This was Amazing and one of the highlights of our trip in Lisbon!! We received meal that we were able to assist in preparing hosted by an incredible chef. Ze is funny , interesting and a fount of knowledge in both cooking and the history of Portugal. He was an excellent host who took his time to allow us to thoroughly enjoy our meal. We also enjoyed sharing the evening with two other couples. I would very happily recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Such a lovely evening!! - Ze hosted a most enjoyable cooking, eating and wine experience in his cozy home. It was well planned with good communications ahead. The food was fabulous and it was great to learn about some cooking techniques and the the importance of the balance of flavors.

Amazing authentic cooking experience - Chef Z provided much more than a cooking experience. He immersed us into the Portuguese culture through historical facts, wine from different regions in Portugal, and delicious recipes that you're capable of replicating at home. He welcomed us into his home with open arms and provided a fun environment to mingle with the fellow guests. It was our favorite part of the trip and an experience we will never forget. If I ever go back to Portugal I would definitely sign up for this again.

Fun night out - We had a nice time cooking with Ze, and the food was great! However, it's been a couple of weeks, and we haven't received the recipes yet. We have reached out a couple of times with no response, which is disappointing as I would like to recreate the meal while it's fresh in my mind. Hopefully we will get it soon.
