- The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 120 kg (264,55 lbs), in case of exceeding it, you won’t be allowed to join the flight. If you exceed 110kg (242,50 lbs), you’ll be asked to pay for two seats upon arrival at the heliport.
- The distribution of people in the helicopter will be decided based on the weights and seats of the helicopter to maximize safety
- All passengers must show a valid ID or Passport at the check in desk in order to board the helicopter.
- There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.
- There is a minimum number of people required to operate on languages that are not English or Spanish. If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English.

Walking tour for 2 hours, boat ride on the River, very blustery,and then a helicopter ride over the river. - Rio was an excellent guide. He was very interesting and proud of his city of Lisbon. He was also good at keeping everyone together and moving. Helicopter tour was very exciting.

A Day with Pedro - I scanned Viator for a tour of Lisbon with my wife, and came across this tour. The price was reasonable for two and included a short helicopter flight, then I was sold. We had an excellent Guide in Pedro, who spoke in English, French, and Portuguese. He was wonderful and somehow managed to keep us all together…lol. I highly recommend this tour.

A great highlight of our time in Lisbon. - This was. a big ticket item on our trip. We did a similar thing in Barcelona and loved it, so decided to do the Lisbon one.
The waking tour was led by George and was well put together and interesting. He invited questions as he led our group of 18 around some areas of Lisbon, riding up a hill in a yellow tram, a look at some view points including at the top of the Elevator.
The walk ended at the ferry terminal where we we waited for our Lisboa boat trip to Belem. The boat trip is an hour and the captain cut the engines when he saw a pod of Dolphins. A nice bonus sighting. The boat trip is a great way to see some of the sights of Lisbon.
On arrival at Belem, you are transferred by mini bus to the Helicopter base. You need photo ID to be allowed in the air and this is explained in your joining instructions. Whilst they do their best to keep people together, this is not guaranteed and it’s 3 passengers allocated to each flight. The 6 minute flight goes so quickly as you fly to the bridge and back.
At the end they transfer you to a few minutes walk away from the Time Out Market. We called in but it was far too busy for us and we found a quieter place to eat.
It’s a great experience, well organised, thank you George and good luck to Sporting Lisbon.

If in Lisbon do this tour - George was very knowledgeable and took us on a steady walk around the tour allowing us to ask questions throughout. The boat tour was nice and leisurely seeing several sights and was pretty smooth too. Helicopter was the finale and was an awesome way to see the city from a different perspective
