Lisbon Trip March 2024 - We purchased our voucher before our holiday as we weren't sure of the days we would use it. Redeeming it was very simple and the lady at the kiosk was most helpful and informative. Using the voucher for the elevator and funicular was an added bonus.

Great way to discover a city - We took a ticket for 48h and we liked both tours : the Belem and the modern one. We really enjoyed the tram tour and it was great to follow the 28 tram route with much less people. I recommend the hop on hop off buses because it's a brilliant way to discover the city.

A recommended sightseeing service - We took three of the lines - to Belem, to modern Lisbon and the tram line re-creating the route of the famous line 28. Overall the experience was awesome as it wasn't very crowded and we were able to find good seats with clear views. We didn't had any issues at any point and we were satisfied to learn more about the sightseeing we saw. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, for our first stop they even escorted us to the bus stop, explained all in very detailed manner. My personal favorite remains the tram replicating the route of Tram #28. This was a life-time experience. For sure I would recommend to friends visiting Lisbon.

Yellow Bus Tours - The Yellow Bus tours delivered exactly as advertised. We did the Hills Tram ride first and followed it with the Modern Lisbon tour. Both were very informative and they were popular. Views were brilliant and lots of opportunities for photographs. The Hills Tram driver was particularly helpful and quite jovial. The next day we did the Belém Lisbon tour. This concentrated on the old part of the city and was the one we enjoyed most. We then took a trip on one of the Feniculars and enjoyed spectacular views of the city at the top. Yellow Bus tours are great value and a brillant way to see the sights.

Portugal Resident Playing Tourist for a Day - As a resident in Portugal for a number of years now, it was fun to visit Lisbon as a tourist. The tram ride was THE BEST and the driver a real pro maneuvering through Lisbon's narrow streets and crazy parking

Ok, tram tour good - Tour was ok however, stop 8 on the tour was completely hidden. We walked past it by about 300m before we had to google & pay for data to realise! Many of the headset consoles were not working either.

Not very tourist-friendly - The tour itself was nice but they were not very informative about their bus schedules. The driver dropped us off in the middle of nowhere at the end of the Belem tour without any English explanation, and the bus schedule did not accord with the live schedule, so we ended up not being able to take on the Modern tour, wasting a lot of time and money. I emailed the customer center for a partial refund but got no response, as expected.

Disappointing experience - We expected more from the 48-hours tickets. On our way back from Belem tower the bus drove away 10 minutes before the time mentioned in the live-app. Afterwards the app didn't work anymore and we took a regular tram (30 minutes walk). The next day we tried to hop on the Red Tram but the driver didn't open the doors and just drove away. Some other tourists had the same experience. The last ram at 17:00 hours is to early if you want to take full advantage of the tickets.

Pathetically boring commentary - Only do this for a convenient, overview tour of the city. Do not expect an informatory commentary as it is extremely weak. There's over an hour of information that the recorded guide could provide but it doesn't instead, a few bits of information here and there. Some of the commentary wasn't even informative but rather common sense like "stop by one of the many cafes throughout the city when thirsty or hungry." Duh... Also, the company should have a more sustainable option for the headphones rather than having customers just dispose of them. If you do go on this tour, please don't forget to throw away the little plastic bags of the headphones! I saw so many on the floor and getting blown away as litter...

Porto yellow bus :( - Well, we knew in advance it wasn’t going to be great. We tried the historical tour today, lived up 30 minutes before scheduled to leave at stop 1. Many people waiting in line where other yellow bus took off. About 15 minutes late so not too bad but bus pulled up down the street and everybody started running. 6 of us elderly and no room for us so have to wait another hour. We decided to have early lunch then bus it. Went back, still 15 minutes late but we got on and on top. 1 box broken to listen to tour so we shared 1. Tons of construction and stuck in hot sun for long time. Nothing too interesting and hoping castle tour tomorrow is better. We always do these tours in every city and this ranks near the bottom. Lisbon city tour was bad as well. All busses do about same route and others seemed less crowded. Enjoy!
