Sights of Lisbon - We rode the entire line once , stayed on the bus and got on and off at sites we wanted to see. This allowed us to have good seats in order to take photos. The audio tape was informative and added to the experience.

Great for seeing the city - Great for seeing the city. It drives a little sporty at times! Few covered seats upstairs given the cold. Overall comfortable and there are several itineraries

Good value - A short family trip in Lisbon with the in laws and decided to take the hop on hop off bus. We didn’t book online so went to Marque de Pombal in the morning and the staff from Grayline was most helpful and proactive. We enjoyed the trip to Belém and spent the afternoon on the Orient line. Drivers are helpful and the audio was working on all the 4 buses we took. The only downside is the buses are not air- conditioned but it was not unbearable. I downloaded the app on the bus and able to track the live schedule of the buses which was most useful and time saving.

Too much waiting time and rude staff - This company are literally a waste of money and of your precious TIME!! This Good Friday morning I bought the tickets for the family and quickly I regreted. When the first bus arrived (after waiting 30mins) was full and not enough space for us. The sales lady in Restauradores Square told me to wait for the next one. We wait for more 40mins and no signal of the bus. Then, I went towards the sales lady (at that time was 2 girls of them there) to ask for the refund. They say no to me quest and they were very rude dealing with all the situation. I think this is not a good way to deal with your clients but maybe because it's a big company, maybe it's the operating policy.. During the time waiting for the bus I observe that more people were in the same situation than my family, with tickets and waiting for the bus to pick them on the stop. Hop on hop off is good on the theory because realistically, they don't make your vacations be fluid. I recommend you to avoid buying Grayline hop on hop off tickets and look for better tours options..
