At the airport, please locate the airport assistant at Meeting Point 1, where a sign with your name will be displayed. The assistant will guide you to your driver. It is important to provide your flight number in advance.

For other pick-up locations, such as train stations, cruise terminals, hotels, and other accommodations, the driver will arrive 10 minutes early and send a message with their location.
