Very relaxing day - Had a great time at the tea farm. The owner gave some history about the farm, how to harvest it, and different types of tea. The estate is beautiful. The food was great. Stephen was my driver for today and he did great. He was very nice. If you are looking for a laid back day, I highly recommend this.

Fascinating, beautiful location, delicious food. - Such an interesting day - learning about tea production, exploring the beautiful garden and having a short guided walk through native forest. The visit ended with a splendid home cooked lunch, with many foods grown in the garden and water on the lawn. As I arrived early, my driver Stephen even took me for some extra visits on the way. Many thanks to out hosts at the tea farm and the guides and driver.

Great Day Trip in Nairobi - This day trip was excellent. We were met at our hotel on time and the drive out to the Tea Farm was very educational. The Tea Farm property was simply awesome and so beautiful. Fiona (the Owner) and her team welcomed us and made our visit very special. We learned so much about the property history and how tea is grown and processed. The lunch was excellent and I would highly recommend this day trip.

Excellent experience with Kiambethu Tea Farm & driver from Perfect Safari - Got off to a rough start booking direct with Perfect Safari...they had some billing problems on their end but eventually got it sorted out. We got picked up from JOMO airport hotel so I needed to communicate with them directly. George came exactly on time with a van so clean, the seat were still wet from the washing, lol. He stopped en route to purchase us some bottles of water and offered to drive us anywhere we might like afterward. The tea far experience was wonderful. The host explains the process and history giving tea samples. We went for a short walk in a private forest and enjoyed a delightful lunch on the front lawn. Each table was private for the group. It was all quite lovely and there were children, older people, couples...all enjoyed it! I heartily recommend this!

Peaceful escape to Kiambethu Tea Farm - We had a such a lovely and peaceful day trip to Kiambethu Tea Farm. The farm is up in the mountains in Limuru with the most beautiful scenery and view. It was such a relaxing day and we learned all about how Tea is being farmed in Kenya and the history behind the tea industry in general. After the tour and talk, we were served a delicious lunch, all made from produce grown on the farm. Our guide Dennis was lovely and gave us lots of interesting facts about Nairobi on our drive there and back and also went out of his way to find a shop that we could make a pit stop at to get a few groceries. Lovely day out with the family and highly recommended m.

Tea-riffic trip to the tea plantation. - Fascinating talk about the process of growing and making tea. Great home-made lunch. Comfortable, but cooler than Nairobi as 500metres higher above sea level. Delicious tea, of course
