Great day out - Great trip to Venice, Francesco our guide was brilliant, he was very informative and generally a really nice guy and funny. We did the extra boat triparound the islands of Venice which was interesting and relaxing and got bondolas through francesco £30 each. It was a long day 12hrs but Venice was beautiful well worth going.

Fantastic tour - Great trip. Very well organised, the coach turned up on time and the transfer to the water bus was very well done both arriving and departing. Alex, the tour guide, was brilliant. I felt very confident in his ability to keep the tour on track and he was very knowledgeable about Venice.
My only slight suggestion for improvement would be making the guided walking tour at the start optional. Although I found it very interesting, I was rather eager to get off and explore Venice on my own.
With that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Guide needs to be fired! - We had a group of 12 including 2 children. When we got to the gondola ride, my friend was going to get into the gondola and the guide said, “you must sit in the back, but I won’t tell you why.” How sad to have a guide trash talk to their guest and that be the most memorable thing.
