- Minimum drinking age is 18 years
- We will ask you to provide your passport number and date of entry to Peru before the tour and for all the tour participants (through an online form). Sending this information allow us to exonerate yourself from the 18% local tax as it confirms you’re real visitors, and not living in the country. If you want to be exonerated from the tax, it’s really important to send us your passport number and date of entry at least 1 day before the tour. You don’t need to bring your passport to the tour.
- It is really important to advise any specific dietary restrictions at time of booking, otherwise we cannot assure we will be able to adapt the menu the day of the tour.
- Please note guides will not be providing their service in multiple languages simultaneously. Make sure you book the correct tour/language.
- Pick up and drop off is not included for Group tours. Private tours with transportation available on the Exquisito Perú website.
- We cannot accommodate the menu to vegans and food options for vegetarians might be limited.
- If you have a severe gluten or nuts allergy, please do not book this tour as cross-contamination may exist with some foods included in the tour

Come hungry! - What a great way to see the city and experience many varieties of food and Lima culture. Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The walk was delightful with several opportunities to sit and eat along the way. Make sure you come hungry as the food portions are not sample size!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Evening in Lima - I can’t give enough accolades to Cecilia (Ceci) for the amazing experience I had with her during the visit to not only beautiful sites in the historical center of Lima but fun places to eat traditional Peruvian foods. Ceci was highly engaging and fun to spend the evening learning about the cuisine of her city. This turned out to be one of the highlights of my 2 1/2 week vacation in Peru!! Muchisimo gracias!!

Fun street food stroll - Our evening street food tour was fabulous! Our host Marco guided us through the streets of downtown to multiple stops, all the while sharing information on Peruvian cuisine, culture, history, and architecture and providing relatable descriptions in an enthusiastic manner. Tamales, churros, dim sum, exotic fruits, pisco sours, piccarones, antichuchos, and more! We ate and drank well and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Perfect way to see (and eat) more of Lima! - We had an absolute fabulous time seeing different areas in Lima, especially Chinatown. Marco was great - very informative not just about the food, but the neighborhoods we were in as well as general history about Lima and Peru. Highly recommend.

Fun food tour with a bit of history thrown in - Marcus was a knowledgeable friendly guide who clearly enjoys showing off his city and its history. Definitely recommend for the tastes and local insights 👍👍he even assisted by getting us an uber and waiting to ensure we were collected at the conclusion, much appreciated 😊

Fun, tasty and insightful - We had a wonderful time wandering around the historic center and trying foods we wouldn't otherwise known about. Our guide was fun and insightful, and the food very tasty - especially the pan con chicharrón. One of the highlights of our trip in Peru!

Exquisite tour with great guide - It was a great tour in downtown Lima trying tasty bites while visit long a beautiful area of the city full or history and stunning architectural landmarks. The guide was great and the food very interesting (lots of new flavors) and abundant. Highly recommend!

Perfect first day to get to meet the city and the FOOD - Evelyn hat mir einen ersten perfekten Tag gemacht, das Essen und die Getränke waren perfekt aufgeteilt. Man hatte einen guten Rhytmus und einen guten Wechsel von verschiedenen Speisen. The best thing about this activity was to getting a lot of information about the city and to get to meet this beautiful group yoz are with the whole time. This activity was absolutely worth it 😍

Good food and city sites tour. - This was a good tour of the city. I expected small bites of food and drink but most offerings were more than that! We were all quite full! A good selection of local foods and the tour offered walking through areas of Lima we would not have seen. Enjoyable!
