  • Causa LimeƱa - We work with Peruvian yellow potatoe layers, with chicken, avocado, mayonaisse and other ingredients.
  • Ceviche - We learn how to cut the fresh fish to then squeeze lemons to then mixed all the ingredients to make the ceviche.
Additional Information

With the leadership of a local guide, you will visit the fruit market to learn from the endemic fruits and taste some of them. You will then head to the area where local practice hancrafted fishing. You will stop in the local market to learn from the local fishes we produce. Head to the spot which have a wonderful ocean view to learn how to do the main Peruvian dishes such as causa prepared with Peruvian yellow potatoes, Ceviche made with the catch of the day and Pisco Sour, the emblematic Peruvian cocktail.
