The sites we visited in Lima were beautiful with a lot of history. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Lima!

Learn about the history of Peru in one tour! - Alexandra was the best tour guide we have had in Peru! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Peru and taught us so much. She was extremely thorough in explaining every attraction we visited. You can tell she is very passionate about Peru! The Catacombs were one of the coolest parts of the tour! It was great learning about the history of some religion.Cesar was also an excellent driver. Overall an incredible experience. Highly recommend! Great city tour of Lima! - This was a great way to spend our first day in Peru! We were picked up at hotel and then walked the area of Barranco and found great free museums within walking distance of our hotel. We were then shuttled to Mira Flores and discovered many great sites and house both old and new. The highlight was walking through an olive tree park where houses were built right on the middle of it! Amazing to see nature and man made homes in that juxtaposition. We then made it down to the historical plaza of downtown Lima and also walked the catacombs. It was a great experience from door to door Leiden was our tour guide and she was knowledgeable, friendly, inviting, answered all our questions and allowed us to make changes to the itinerary without a hitch. She was a joy to be around and to learn from.

Great way to explore the historical centre and learn about the history of Lima - We booked the historical centre tour with Lima Highlights and it was a fantastic experience. Booking and communicating before the tour started was very easy and they were especially accommodating by letting us start the tour a bit later as we had just arrived in Lima late the night before. Our guide, Susan, met us at the hotel at the arranged time and we were driven to the historical centre. Along the way we already learnt a lot about Lima and its history and we learnt so much on the tour overall. Susan was a fantastic guide with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm. The highlight was to see the Basilica de San Francisco and the catacombs. We also really enjoyed the Pisco tasting! We were then taken back to the hotel making it a really convenient experience too.

Excellent Lima Trip - This was an excellent trip. Started on time and saw and did everything that we were expecting . Guide was friendly and had good knowledge of all areas visited and more. Highly recommended.

Great experience, safe tour - The tour was great and covered a lot of the history and changing architecture. I booked this because it included transportation to and from my hotel. As a woman traveling alone who didn’t speak much Spanish, I was extremely happy to find door-to-door service. William tolerated my many questions and took some of the best pics from my vacation for me. It was a lot to absorb in a short time. I would definitely recommend
