Best tour in town. - This tour was an amazing experience. A new and diverse way to explore Lima. Our tour guide, Patricia, was excellent, knowledgeable, very friendly, and she made us feel right at home. We learned culture while we ate the exquisite food provided by the tour. I highly recommend this experience.

Great experience with amazing food! - It was awesome. The food was incredible. There was a fun balance of learning, eating and exploring the neighborhoods. Patricia was our guide and she was fantastic - so helpful for our 14 year old who was recovering from a stomach bug AND in being flexible when we had already been to one of the restaurants. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

A wonderful foodie trip - We were in Lima for the last three days of our trip to Peru and my partner wanted to do some food/cooking experiences. I had never done that before, but we had the most wonderful time. The cooking class was fantastic and Silvia was the best! The following day, we spent with Carlos and also had an amazing time. Would highly recommend doing this as the Peruvian cuisine is the most incredible I've encountered in the world.

A Journey Through Peruvian Cuisine - If you want to taste some of the best delicacies that Lima has to offer, you should book this tour! Sue is a fantastic guide, not only did she talk about the food we were about to enjoy, but also helped us understand all the history and evolution of the Peruvian cuisine and the restaurant industry. She gave great recommendations, and even shared some of the recipes of the dishes we ate!
Some of the highlights of this tour were the amazing fresh fruit from the market, the very unique vegan ceviche, and the fantastic spread of traditional Peruvian dishes for the whole group to share. I tried some dishes I would've never thought to order on my own!

If you are a foodie, this is a must!! - If you’re looking to explore Lima’s culinary scene with a knowledgeable and engaging guide, this gourmet food tour with Sue is a must. Sue’s deep understanding of Peru’s history and cuisine made the experience both educational and delicious.
We journeyed through the vibrant neighborhoods of Barranco, Miraflores, and San Isidro. Barranco’s artsy streets were a particular highlight, offering a colorful backdrop to our culinary adventure. Along the way, we stopped at charming cafés to sample fresh coffee and fruit smoothies, immersing ourselves in the local flavors.
What stood out was Sue’s attentiveness; she inquired about my previous culinary experiences and tailored the tour to introduce me to new and exciting Peruvian dishes. This personalized approach made the tour feel exclusive and thoughtfully curated.
A standout moment was our visit to Limaná, a superfood kitchen that impressed with its innovative dishes. We also enjoyed a pisco sour demonstration, adding a fun and interactive element to the tour.
Our final stop was at Huaca Pucllana, an upscale restaurant uniquely situated within a 1,500-year-old pre-Incan archaeological site in Miraflores. Dining here was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant offers a modern take on traditional Peruvian cuisine, with dishes like lomo saltado and ceviche. The ambiance, especially in the evening when the ancient ruins are illuminated, is truly magical .
This tour seamlessly blended culture, history, and gastronomy, providing a comprehensive taste of Lima’s rich heritage. Highly recommended for anyone eager to delve into the city’s culinary delights with an expert guide.
