Full day experience in Lima - I recommend 100%. The tour is completely personalized, the guide (Marco Polo) is very attentive and accessible. The car we moved in was very comfortable, after visiting the archaeological site the floor was dusty and when we returned they had already cleaned it.

Whole Day Tour Captures It All - Andy was a pleasant, fantastic tour guide. He spoke clearly and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. He could answer all of our questions. He gave ample time at each location. Oscar was our driver. He was very good at his job.

Great sampler of Lima Highlights with a knowledgeable guide - Our guide, Andy, was very knowledgeable about the various places we visited, explaining the history of each and pointing out details we would have otherwise missed. We're particularly interested in ancient civilizations and found the mud brick pyramid complex at Pachacamac fascinating. A major concert adjacent to Magic Waters, prevented our visiting it, but Andy was aware of the issue when we met him in the morning and recommended visiting Parque del Amor in Miraflores at sunset as an alternative. We had visited the park at mid day on a previous visit to Lima, but it was enchanting during a very colorful sunset.

If you only have time for one full day tour in and around Lima don’t miss this one! It has it all! - The tour we took with Andres as our guide could not have been better. He was an excellent guide. Answered our many questions patiently with so much knowledge. We enjoyed him as well as our driver Carlos. It is a very long day but the hours seemed to fly. Packed so much in that we feel it was value for money. Loved our lunch as well. The water park/fountain show at the end was magical. Dont miss this tour!

Wonderful and Culturally Rich Experirnce! - My guide, Andy, and driver, Oscar, made this a wonderful experience. They took great care of me! I was the only person who booked that day, so it turned into a private tour. I learned so much about Lima history and the culture of the Peruvian people! It was a full itinerary and I loved all of it.

Excellent Tour! - I highly recommend this tour! I saw so much in one day. Jack was extremely knowledgeable of each site and also the background history of the sites and the area in general. I learned so much on this tour in addition to seeing the sites. Jack is also easygoing so the tour was completely comfortable and relaxed. So if you have a day in Lima and want to get a good tour of the city I highly recommend this tour. It is excellent!

Wonderful Experience - What a great way to experience Lima! Our guide, Andy, picked us up at our hotel in Miraflores. Oscar, our driver, expertly negotiated the Lima traffic throughout the day. Our first stop was Pachacamac, a pre-Inca site south of Lima. Pachacamac has a beautiful museum full of centuries old pieces. Andy explained the history of the site and guided us around archaeological ruins. The site has stunning views of the ocean. After Pachacamac we drove to Barranco and had lunch at a family run Peruvian restaurant. The food was delicious! We walked around the neighborhood and got a great feel for every day life in Peru. After our lunch, we drove to downtown Lima to explore the sites. Andy expertly guided us through the streets, stopping to explain the history and significance of the many buildings (and even a few protestors). We loved the Convent of San Francisco! It was gorgeous! The catacombs were a little creepy, but it was fun to explore. Finally, we stopped at the Magic Water Circuit Park. It was packed with Peruvians, mainly families. It was great to experience it without other tourists. The Circuit consists of a movie or light show projected on some fountains. It was fun to watch. We got back to our hotel around 8:00, completely exhausted. It was a great day. Andy was a terrific guide. He knew so much about Peruvian history and the political situation. He was smart and fun! He also helped us find a cheap suitcase to use because my husband’s collapsed on our trip. I can’t say enough good things about him.
