Pleasant cultural insertion experience - A very interesting museum. Super well cared for and with sufficient explanation for those who cannot or will not hire guide. All explanations in at least 7 languages are on the walls and display cases. Gets you into the history of pre-Hispanic cultures in Peru. The collection is super beautiful and very well maintained. Fully recommended.

Very interesting - Museum very well arranged in a nice building very flowery. Rich collection with explanation in French. More pre-Inca than Inca elements but the whole story is well traced. Concise audio guide for 15 soles. Erotic gallery + archive gallery and research open to the public

Beautiful museum - Beautiful museum, very interesting, we took the audio guide which is a good summary of everything we could read in French. For me, the audio guide was not really necessary. Don't forget to visit the impressive reserves

Magnificent - Great pre-Inca treasure, in a very well-kept mansion. The gardens are also an attraction apart. We made the visit on our own and it was very important to use the phone (pay the part of the ticket).

Expensive and unguided entrance - The entry is 50 suns in general, but the bad thing that I was given no brochure, only a sticker to put in a visible place, does not include guide or option of a group tour with a guide, so I did not know where to start the tour. It is not affordable for Peruvian visitors or backpackers and less without a guide (it is with extra payment). Everything is in excellent preservation and with information in each sample. Everything's clean. It was very interesting the room of the erotic ceramics that are on the first floor.
