Arrival in Lima, welcome and transfer to your hotel. Our staff will assist you with all necessary health authorities’ requirements. The rest of the day is free. Lodging at the hotel selected.
- Lima - Day 2: Lima City Tour
Today, we explore the City of Kings, a UNESCO heritage of humanity. The Main Square (Plaza Mayor) is surrounded by the Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Government Palace, and Municipality. Our tour goes inside the Cathedral to see the Tomb of the Spanish Conqueror of Peru. Our next stop will be the St. Dominic convent, a place of rest for the remains of the famous Peruvian saints. Leave the historical center to explore the modern districts of San Isidro and Miraflores. Two impressive archaeological gems are hidden here, in between the tall buildings and residential houses: Huaca Huallamarca and Huaca Pucllana pyramids. A brief stop at Love Park. thanks to the sculpture of a kissing couple made by Victor Delfin and the Gaudi-style benches surrounding the park. This is the perfect place to enjoy the panoramic view of the Lima Bay and Barranco and Chorrillos districts.

Cusco - Day 3: Flight Lima to Cusco
Transfer to the airport and onward to Cusco (airfare is not included, we suggest to take the AM flight). Arrival and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon (13:30 hrs), enjoy an exclusive tour of the city. Our tour starts at the St. Christopher’s Square to enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Continue to the St. Peter’s Market, where you will explore local flavors, smells and colors. The Qorikancha Temple will then open its doors, inviting us to imagine how it once looked, all clad in gold. Qoricancha means golden enclosure in Quechua, and it still preserves much of its past magnificence. You will also see the St. Dominique Church. Next, you will visit San Blas, district of the artisans. You will walk down the Hatun Rumiyoc Street, see the Inca Roca palace along the way (now home to the Archbishop’s palace) and will stop to admire the famous 12-angled stone. Continue to the Plaza de Armas to visit the Cathedral and see the colonial masterpieces kept inside.
