Lhasa - Upon reaching Lhasa, guests can check into the hotel reserved for them. It is recommended to minimize outdoor activities upon arrival and rest well to acclimate to the high altitude.
Tips: Lhasa is situated 3,650 meters above sea level, with oxygen levels at only 70% compared to the mainland. During the first two days, most visitors experience varying degrees of altitude sickness. The best way to prevent this is to maintain a calm demeanor, stay hydrated, consume fruits, and rest adequately.

Bomi—Lulang International Tourist Town—Lulang Forest Viewing Platform—Nyingchi
Nyingchi—Kading Waterfall—Lhasa—Mt. Yaowang Observation Deck
Kadinggou Scenic Spot - After breakfast, the tour proceeds to the pristine forest of Kading Ditch Tianfo Waterfalls, known as “Heaven on Earth.” Located 24 kilometers from Bayi Township, the Niyang River in Kading water features a classic canyon landscape with towering mountains, deep gorges, unique peaks, and ancient trees. The waterfall, with a nearly 200-meter drop, cascades majestically. Within the waterfall, a naturally formed Buddha with a gentle expression is visible, lending the waterfall its name. The rock walls feature naturally formed Buddha statues and guardians, and the virgin forests are steeped in the beautiful legend of unity with Tibetan Buddhism. After the tour, guests will return to Lhasa via the original route.
Yaowang Mountain of Lhasa - Yaowang Mountain, meaning “mountain of the corner” in Tibetan, is located at the corner of the Red Mountain, home to the Potala Palace. In the late 17th century, to advance Tibetan medicine, Diba Sangye Gyatso established Menba Dratsang (medical institute) on Yaowang Mountain. He selected lamas from various temples to study Tibetan medicine there. A statue of Medicine Buddha, painted with sapphire, is housed in the Dratsang. Consequently, the Han people named this mountain “Yaowang Mountain.” This medical school operated until 1959 and was also known as “Yaowang Mountain Lizhong Medical College.”
Lhasa—Yamdrok Lake—Observation Deck 1, 2, and 3—Lhasa
Yamdrok Yumtso Lake - In the morning, the journey begins from Lhasa to one of Tibet’s three sacred lakes, Yamdrok Yonchoe, the highest freshwater lake in the world at an altitude of 4,441 meters. Known as “Jasper Lake” in Tibetan, the tour will descend the mountain to approach Yamdrok Yonchoe. The lake’s blue waters, distant snow-capped mountains, colorful surrounding hills, unique Tibetan villages, and grazing cattle and sheep create a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
Downtown Lhasa: Potala Palace—Jokhang Temple—Bharkor Street
