- Liabygda Ringsetskiftet - 10. ViewPoint by the sea. As we head to the ViewPoint by the sea, we pass the historic Rose Church in Stordal, constructed in 1789. Another stunning ViewPoint is near Liabygda. To the left, observe a salmon fish farm, and to the right, the town of Stranda, home to the Grandiosa pizza factory. Across the fjord, the path leads to Geiranger and Hellesylt. On the mountain to the left, you can spot the mountain farm Skrednakken, visited by Norwegian Queen Sonja a few years ago. Remember to capture some beautiful photos.
- Gudbrandsjuvet - 20. Gudbrandsjuvet is a river gorge in the Valldøla river. The river flows through gorges and mountain cracks, meeting at unexpected angles before passing under the bridge and cascading further down the valley. The gorge is partly shaped by several large potholes. This water feature is a tourist attraction, with platforms and bridges made of glass and rusted iron in both walls and floors. A cafeteria and free toilets are available here. Don’t miss their delicious Salmon baguette!
- Krikebrua - 25. The old bridge at Krikebrua is a marvel of nature! This is one of the most remarkable stops on our trip. We pause at a small area with free toilets and benches for resting. Then, we hike together for about 3 to 4 minutes on the opposite side of the road. There, we will see an old bridge (constructed in 1891) and a stunning waterfall and river above. The bridge is made solely of rocks, with no concrete or steel in its construction. Please use the bins on the bus for your trash.
- Trollstigen - 30. Trollstigen ViewPoints is the main highlight of our trip. There are two ViewPoints available; one is about a 5-minute walk, and the best one is about a 10-minute walk from the bus. The path to these viewpoints is paved with concrete and has sturdy safety fences. A souvenir shop and free toilets are also available at Trollstigen. The cafeteria offers sandwiches, coffee, and soft ice cream, along with hot meals.
- Valldal - 80. After our stop at Trollstigen, we return towards Valldal. We plan a stop there with restrooms available. This stop is valid until July 14, 2025.
- Trollstigen foothill viewpoint - 35. We descend from Trollstigen towards Trollstigen Gjestegård, stopping for photos after Stigfoss. This stop is valid from July 15, 2025.
- Trollstigen Drift As - 40. This is our final stop on the trip. Trollstigen Gjestegård offers a large souvenir shop and a cafeteria. Restrooms are also available.

Rerouted but still excellent - Even though the original booked tour was rerouted due to road closures we had a great time. Good dialogue from driver, nice lunch and awesome scenery

Cruise ship savings excursion - There was early snow so we did the alternate tour that was offered as the road to Trollstigen was closed. What we saw driving that day was so beautiful I do not feel we missed out on anything. Our driver was very nice and told us all kinds of interesting information about the country. The panic lunch was a sandwich, cookie and beverage. We had a great day and the timing was all mapped out perfectly and we were back in time to get on our cruise ship.
Very professional company.

Alesund and surrounding area tour - Our tour had to be changed due to the closure of the troll road, but the tour we received in place of that was great. The guides were knowledgeable and great to talk to. I think we likely got to see more than we would have otherwise.

Scenic route through troll country - A lovely and scenic route through the part of Norway also known as the land of the Trolls. The guide tells a lot of stories about the area and specific landmarks. The trip is mostly by car, but there are frequent stops to enjoy the countryside.

Amazing Excursion 😀 - One of the best Norwegian excursions you can go on and our guide Trond was amazing. Some of the most beautifull views in Norway and he organised everything perfectly 😀

Troll Road - Our driver was wonderful. He provided us so information regarding Norway and the places we were visiting. We had plenty of time at each stop. I would highly recommend this tour. We loved the stop where you could see the troll road even though it was closed due the rest of the year. Being able to see from the platform was phenomenal.

Unpleasant - Tour remained incomplete the operator
did not wait for a few minutes to see if weather clears up and returns back
The heating metal tube on the side of the
window seat got heated so much I got a
3rd degree burn on the outer side of my
right leg. Reported to the driver he remained insensitive and paid no attention to my injury
I was in pain
This was a black Mercedes Van
I want to talk about this to the senior officer
