Starting from Ålesund, the bus will guide you through the quaint Norwegian villages en route to the Land of Trolls. Our first halt is at Kokarsteinen, situated right above a picturesque fiord. From there, we will cut through the Sjoholt village, notable for its wood industry and furniture, and Valldal, renowned for its delicious strawberries.
Following that, Gubrandsjuvet is our next destination. Here you can traverse a bridge passing over a ravine that’s 5 meters wide and 20 - 25 meters high. Subsequently, our warm and cosy bus will transport you to Trollstigen, providing a majestic view of the natural terrain and a remarkable mountain road featuring eleven sharp bends. As we navigate this road, an additional photo stop will be at Stigefossen, an imposing waterfall boasting a total height of 240 meters. The final stop is at Trollvegen (the Troll Wall), celebrated as Europe’s highest vertical rock surface. With these unforgettable sights recorded, the bus will take a round through Åndalsnes before returning to Ålesund.

The WOW experience! - Can’t say enough about our fabulous tour guide, Anna. We learned so much from her about everything Norwegian and about Ålesund and Trollstigen. Secondly the weather was fantastic, sunny and warm! The scenery was beyond gorgeous! Unfortunately the shops were closed in Trollstigen but the natural beauty made up for it. We are in love with Norway! We highly recommend this tour, you won’t be disappointed.

History and views - We had a lovely guide, Emma I believe ( Italian). She gave a nice narrative of the area history as we passed. Comfortable van, Mercedes, as group small. Driver excellent. Time at stops clearly explained. Truly enjoyed it, and felt I learned about Norway

not the best experience - road was closed so we saw it but did not ride on it. not tje tours fault. but 2 of the 3 stops did not have restrooms available and they did not allow one on the bus to be used. bus was very hot and guide told us more about mythology and spirituality and not much on Norway. also got us back an hour late so we could not go thru town on our own

Terrible - We were not told before trolls region is closed, we couldn’t cancel our trip. We were taken near trolls land but 11 hair pun bend road was closed. It’s unacceptable. We were also told max 48 passengers but actually operator took 50 people in the tour.

Horrible. Very disappointing - The road was closed half way. They knew in advance and did not notify us. So the trip was two hours in a bus to see a waterfall (40 minutes stop for a small waterfall) and another stop with a waterfall and seeing the winding road. Another hour stop. With no restroom and no cafe or shop (all closed due to holiday- again the company knew that) And then two hours back on bus. Boring. Tiring. And waste of time and money. They should have made alternate stops, even if to go to restroom, see other views or get a bottle of water. Horrible. Very disappointing
