Authentic tour with a knowledge and informative tour guide. Good value for the experience you get. - Mila was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and informative. She provided time to explore things and took us to a variety of destinations around Ålesund. Mila also provided a Norwegian Snack for us to share. Mila was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide.

Viking tour - First class experience from start to finish with lovely local touches thrown in. We beat all the crowds and were taken to all the scenic viewing areas. Our guide surprised us with some local delicacies that were enjoyed at one of the amazing views. Highly recommended

Best Tour - We picked this tour because no tours were available from our ship and my elderly father had trouble walking with his cane. It was the best tour of our 2 week trip! Our tour guide was knowledgeable, thorough, took us to everything we could want to see and made it super easy for my father to not have to walk far but gave my son and I opportunities to see and do a little more/get that perfect picture/etc. the car was cool and comfortable and I could not have created or imagined a better use of the four hours we spent. VERY good experience!

Tour started half hour late due to guide at wrong pier - We arranged this 7/28/22 tour for our group of eight and received an email confirmation from Radmyla Jacobson on 4/4/22 that said confirmed the starting time and said our guide would meet us at the pier, near the exit from the ship. Unfortunately, our guide and bus were not at the pier when we arrived. After making several phone calls to Radmyla, it was determined that our guide was at another pier. It turns out that there are two piers in Alesund. Who knew? (To make matters worse, our ship was a half hour early, so we waited one hour in total.) When I contacted Radmyla later (via email) to request some compensation for the unplanned half hour, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she responded by suggesting that she punish the guide who apparently cried when she told her and offered to return her tip. A simple apology would have sufficed.

It is absurd that a small... - It is absurd that a small Tesla was our means of transportation for 4 adults and a driver. We were packed in the back seat like sardines and it was so uncomfortable that one could not enjoy the experience.
