See and learn about the island - Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable about plants and wildlife in the area. He was helpful to all participants and gave history of the island and buildings in town. Good shoes for climbing rocks etc are recommended. Spectacular views.

Deeper View of Tortola - Sef Graham is the ultimate tour guide! He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and personable. Our hike to the Bat Cave was one of the highlights of our trip to Tortola. It was a fun hike with some challenging rock scramble. We were rewarded with a lunch stop at the Bat Cave where we had a spectacular views of the coastline. Sef provided a yummy lunch of conch or salt fish patties, fresh fruit and lemonade. Along the hike, Sef talked about the plants and animals. We looked, smelled and tasted! When Sef learned my daughter had a gluten allergy, he immediately offered to take us to a local restaurant that grew its own produce and offered GF food. That restaurant, Irie Ites Ital, was delicious; another wonderful experience there. Sef’s thoughtfulness shines through in what he does - when he’s on time, took photos for us so we can focus on our experience, the side trip to the restaurant, the reusable lunch containers and the little cold towels! Sef gave us an experience we will never forget! Thank you Sef!

Disappointed - I scheduled a tour with Sef and Hike BVI weeks in advance and confirmed with him that everything was all set for Tuesday, July 5th at 9:00 a.m. We arrived in Tortola at the location he had sent us (Beans Coffee on the cruise pier) at 8:45 a.m. At 9:10 a.m. I sent him a message because he still wasn't there and I didn't receive a response. I walked to the area where the taxi's and tours were leaving from and asked if anyone knew a person named Sef with Hike BVI and they all said no. I went back to Beans where my husband had waited in case he showed up and we stayed there until 9:40 and then gave up. I never received an email or any notification that he wasn't coming, and my family was very disappointed because we were really looking forward to this hike.
