It is a volcano of smoking activity. Their skirts are covered by recent lava flows, one of which descends several kilometers in the direction of the town of the same name. Sulfur deposits near the crater may have some commercial value

So beautiful - Loved using Vamos Travel for this tour! Communication was easy and Max was a great guide. The hike was really nice, the crater was awing, and the sunset views were amazing. They got us sandwiches for dinner and we drank beers at the top. So fun and definitely worth it!
