Amazing! - Becky and her team have been amazing to work with! They made everything so easy and stress free. Becky recommend and set us up on a sunset cruise—the highlight of our trip! We had fantastic drivers our whole trip- Horacio was so personal and helpful! 15/10 recommend this company! We will use them every trip!

Highly recommend- top notch service - I highly recommend Legacy. My boyfriend and I have used their services a few times now and I could not ask for a better experience. Very pleasant and make everything easy on you. Love our main driver. We’ve referred this Company out to everyone we know who is going to Cabo. We’ve used other services before and no one comes close. I usually never write reviews but think so highly of our experiences with Legacy that I did this time. ❤️

Not the best experience - Had to wait almost an hour for driver to show. It wasn’t the scheduled driver. He didn’t know our destination. I expected to be greeted with a sign at the airport.

Be Careful - Kept changing terms. Asking for more money! Driver knew very little English. Company called to change terms. Very frustrating!

Never showed up! - They never showed up! We got to the waiting area outside the airport and watched everyone else get picked up by their drivers. A driver from another company asked who we were waiting for since we were standing there so long. He called Legacy Transportation for us. The company said they cancelled on us and sent us an email. They did not email us! We checked our credit card and he did get a refund. Anyway, the driver from the other company arranged a taxi for us. Don’t book this company if you want a guaranteed pick up.

Legacy - a bust - no pickup when scheduled - Driver was not at airport pickup location. We waited 40 minutes then had to find alternative transport to our resort. Driver called us 1 hour after our flight arrived to say he was waiting. Company never provided name of driver or contact number prior to pickup. When we called company number all we got was voicemail. Very disappointed.
