Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy that we adhere to. Guests who cancel at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 48-72 hours before activity are eligible for a 50 % refund. You will be charged 100% should you decide to cancel 24 hours or less in advance.

Turks has been our happy place three years in a row, just back from our fifth private charter with Captain Jumby and DJay. This team does not disappoint. Each trip has been unique and full of adventure! The most mermazing way to experience the natural beauty of the islands. The Blu Pearl is fantastic, but the crew is hands down the BEST! We always feel very safe and well cared for. Captain & First Mate are a dynamic duo and are extremely knowledgeable, sharing their love and passion for the majestic waters and sea creatures with their guests. Jumby is a stellar captain and DJay is a terrific snorkel guide, both amazing with our young ones. The owner Junior makes it so easy to schedule and is very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company and crew, it is always bittersweet when our Island Adventures boat tours comes to an end, and we cannot wait to reunite with our favorite crew! Auntie & Uncle
