Best Boat Ride - This was the highlight of my birthday trip ! The captain was amazing and sooo kind . The boat is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend to book this boat with captain Craig for a phenomenal experience!

Book this boat! - We sailed back in late January! Amazing day on the water complete with dolphin sighting, beach time, and sunset on the way home. Double decker seating available in the sun, plus the net! Then, plenty of seating in the shade if needed. Captain and crew kept the vibe relaxing and were engaging. Communication was possible in advance via WhatsApp. We brought beverages to supplement their punch and beer offering. Only suggestion is that there is room to offer a more sanitary service set up with disposable glasses. But, who cares when you are on the best boat seen on the water all day!!!

Great Time in Turcs! - The captin and crew were very accomodating!! We saw dolphins right away. The hospitality was out of this world and the boat was very clean.

A phenomenal time in Turks! Don’t wait, book! - I absolutely loved every part of my private boat day with my fiancé. Sellasie contacted us 10-15 minutes early to see if we made it, he met with us to help us grab our things to take to the boat. Anything we needed they (captain and crew) were very nice and accommodating. He poured our drinks he told us about the island and suggested places to go! We docked up at Noah’s ark had a blast there and got back on our boat when we were ready to leave. Sellasie checked on us several times and took so many pictures for us. We will be returning soon and will book again! Thank you so much to captain & sellasie! You two are awesome! Thank you for showing us nothing short of an amazing time!

Horrible Admin but Great Boat Captains - Beware - Benoit (who I believe is the business owner) fails to properly coordinate his schedule. I called in advance to ensure no surbooking/double booking because prior reviews showed that he does this and I noticed that my trip was still available to the public at the same time/day. He assured me 11 days prior that this would not happen. The MORNING OF my trip he called to tell me we were double booked and I was forced to reschedule for the next day, which was incredibly disruptive. Fortunately we did not depart the island for 2 days so we’re able to make it work. Ben promised a $455 discount in cash for the inconvenience but only showed up for 30 seconds to greet us and then left us with the boat captains. So I told the captains that Ben had their tip money and to work it out. The captains, Cobie and Sellasie, were great though, and still gave us an enjoyable trip. They should walk away from Ben as a business partner. Hopefully you are able to schedule successfully and if so, enjoy the trip. (Ask for the local Rum though, they charge enough to afford more than a few beers water and soda.)

Very Disorganized - Turned out that they booked 2 groups at the same time. Both groups showed up not knowing what to do. It took them an hour to figure it out with no communication. We were able to go on our tour and was very pretty once out there. We were promised stop for snorkeling and didn't do it as they forgot they equipment. Captain Tim was a great host but the management is horrible. Would not advise.

Terrible Dangerous - DO NOT BOOK. We got stranded on an island, had to swim to a passing by boat passing by to be saved, phones destroyed from the swim, speakers don't work, no food & operators refused to contact me back.

Canceled the day before - I had read previous reviews about other people’s cruise being canceled. I decided to still book because I thought maybe their trip was cancel due weather as in the past I had a cruise canceled due to weather. I booked the cruise and the day before I was even asking Captain Ben via WhatsApp a question he told me he would get back to me at 5. We’ll at 5 I got an email that the cruise was canceled citing electrical issue. Then the captain message me via WhatsApp about the cancellation and offer me a cruise on a power boat (FJord 38”) for $1800. We scrambled to find another catamaran cruise and it ended up costing us almost double. Our ground thought that he probably got a better gig. Anyways it seems as cancellations are a trend for this company and not for things out of their control. Don’t be like me, don’t book with them, seems like the likelihood of the cruise being canceled is high.

Worst bday plan ever - Over booked reservations on my 45th bday and couldn’t get a boat …. I’m still pissed. Can’t believe a company of this magnitude did this to me
