The best mangrove kayak tour!! - The best guide who was very pleasant and knowledgeable! We saw beautiful turtles, a lemon shark, a barracuda, and conch shells ! Best experience!

Amazing Kayak Tour - Great Tour! The mangroves were beautiful and the setting was relaxing! Our guide Miracle was superb and pointed out to us lots of wildlife including turtles, birds, lemon sharks, and jellyfish. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot on the tour.

Great Excursion! - We loved seeing the turtles and fish. Mangroves were beautiful! The guide was very knowledgeable. We only had 5 kayaks in our group so it was nice and small.

Clear kayak - great! - The clear kayak tour was great. Our guide was Miracle and he was awesome! He taught us a lot and also pointed out lots of sea life for us to see. He worked very hard to ensure everyone had a great experience! Highly recommend!!

So much fun - We are a family of 6, with kids ranging from 10-16, and this kayak tour was so much fun and very educational! Miracle was our tour guide and he was so funny and provided lots of knowledge about the mangroves. He helped to point out any sea life to ensure everyone was able to see things - we saw turtles and lots of fish. Most importantly, Miracle ensured that everyone took the proper safety precautions while kayaking. We had a blast. The tour guides work so hard to provide a great experience for everyone!

Definitely recommend! - What a fun excursion! Our guide was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the ecosystem, plus saw a lot of amazing wildlife!

Wonderful Tour! Would do it again! - Miracle was an amazing tour guide! He was funny and personable and made the tour memorable. The waters were beautiful and we saw a jellyfish, turtles, lemon shark and conch! Went with my husband and 3 kids (14, 12 and 8). They let my 8yo go with my husband and 12 yo. So don’t worry if you need to put two kids in a kayak with you!

Great experience; communication on ticket could be improved - The clear kayak tour itself was terrific. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we spotted (tons of) sea turtles, a jellyfish, conch, and a lemon shark. The tour is slow-going, as you stay with the group the whole time--probably a plus for some if you're not super comfortable kayaking, and a minus for others who might like to explore. But overall, it was great, and the clear bottoms were a really neat touch. However, I give 4 stars for something that I admit is probably 90% my fault (maybe others think 100%, but I don't) -- the ticket we received and all information when booking said that the experience was at 8:30am. I double-checked the ticket the day before and day of, and it said the same. What the ticket didn't say was that the company would contact us about an earlier pick-up time. I wasn't on the lookout for it, and missed an email the day before saying our actual pick-up would be 8:05am. As a result, we had to pay for a taxi to get to the launching location. As I said, I missed the email, and could have prevented this. But even better, the booking and ticket should clearly state that the pick-up time may differ from the start time, and we should be on the lookout for an email from the company. (And why not text? Much more reliable and frequently checked compared to emails, which get lost in the shuffle.) That little gesture would have merited 5 stars and saved us a lot of angst and money.
