Amazing time! 10/10 - We had such an amazing time! Jean and his crew were great- always getting us new beverages, taking trash and making us comfortable on the boat. They were a lot of fun in the water and kept us safe! They were also very informative about the ship wreck and island! We had a great time and would do it again!

Phenomenal Snorkeling Experience - Had an awesome time snorkeling with my wife, the crew, Captain Veguel, Rushane, Bryson and Jean, that took Us out was awesome and very knowledgeable. They were awesome from playing great songs, letting the younger children drive the boat in the open water, getting us drinks whenever we needed, providing food. Worth every penny

Great crew and boat! - Great crew and well kept boat! Crew was not overbearing and was very cordial and helpful. We spent a decent amount of time snorkeling and would have liked a bit more time at Iguana Island but not at the cost of less time snorkeling. The light meal was appropriate and overall the music was decent. We will definitely recommend this outfit and hope to visit again in the future.

Exploring & fun through the island! - Miguel and crew were amazing 10/10 recommend!! Captain and crew were so fun and knowledgeable about the area. The first mate had diving experience and was so aware of facts relating to what we were seeing at the moment we saw them. The best group!

Somewhat disappointed to be a second class passenger. - The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and accommodating. While we know this was not intended as a private tour, the company has a contract with the Beaches resort. As such we left the dock, headed to Beaches where approximately 25 to 30 guest joined us after a 20 minute wait. In the water, those guests had a hard time following instructions and proceeded to kick the other guests. Because of the size of the vessel, we did not fully experience Iguana Island, having been dropped off on the other side of the island, away from the actual nature preserve (a handful of iguanas vs. the hundreds which inhabit the preserve. On return, another 1/2 hour or so detour to drop off the Beaches guests before returning to the dock. In all, we probably lost an hour or so, accommodating the Beaches guests. If you are looking to avoid the crowds and the deference to the Beaches patrons, this is not the excursion for you.

Disorganized and Loud Tour with Several Disappointments - We booked the Emerald Reef Snorkeling, Iguana Island & Shipwreck Tour advertised as a 3-hour excursion, but our experience fell short. We were scheduled for the 9:00 a.m. tour, arrived early, and were told upon arrival that it was canceled due to low participation—no missed calls or messages despite being told we’d been contacted. We were moved to the 1:00 p.m. tour, which threw off our plans for the day. Once aboard, we weren’t informed that we’d be stopping at Beaches Resort to pick up about 25 guests. We waited nearly 30 minutes while they boarded. The water was rough that day (red flag warning), so snorkeling was moved to a different site known for turtles, not fish. “Safety first,” of course, but the alternate spot was too choppy to safely snorkel, so my husband and I stayed on the boat. Iguana Island was disappointing—the trees have mostly been cut down, so there were very few iguanas. There was no guide or “fascinating facts” as advertised, just a brief stop with food and free time to wander a mostly barren island. The “shipwreck tour” was simply viewing the wreck from a distance. Most of the excursion was a fast, noisy boat ride with extremely loud music—more like a party cruise than the scenic tour described. On the positive side, the captain, Viguel, was friendly and engaged with guests, the complimentary beer and rum punch were appreciated, and the boat itself was very nice with a shaded upper deck. We didn’t return until around 5:10 p.m., about 40 minutes later than advertised, which left us rushing to dinner.
