Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Lecce. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Additional Information
A trip to Italy wouldn’t be complete without tasting at least one pasta dish… Thus, we’ll show you how to make two! Discover how to hand-roll ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and prepare 2 distinct, simple pasta variations from scratch guided by your Cesarina. To top it all off, you’ll also acquire the skill to prepare the classic Tiramisu.

Great cooking class in Puglia! - We loved our cooking class wirh Carlo and Giusy at their lovely home. We learned how to make pasta, parmigana and tiramisu. Carlo and Giusy are wonderful teachers. We had a great, fun evening!

Cooking in Lecce - We were warmly welcomed to our cooking class, held in a lovely old country home. All the ingredients were from the garden. We made tagliatelle, risotto, zucchini appetizer and tiramisu. Our hosts were lovely and taught us many new cooking tricks. The food was served as our dinner and was delicious. Many thanks for a lovely time!

A Highlight of our Trip - We loved this experience! Matilde and Carlo were gracious hosts in their beautiful home, and we had a lovely evening. Matilde is a skilled cook and a wonderful teacher, so we got the hang of making the pasta quickly. She then cooked our pasta as part of a beautiful dinner using products from her garden and together with wine and other accompaniments we enjoyed an altogether spectacular meal. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Family feast - What a beautiful experience. We figured out the address wasn't in the heart of Lecce but just outside at Via Costantino Girardengo 3, Lecce, 73100, Lecce, Puglia, Italia. Or also known as Un Bel Casino.
We felt like family! We laughed and ate together. The lessons we learned will last us a lifetime. I'm so excited to get to make the pasta back home in Canada for friends and family! Very beautiful property and family. Well worth it and highly recommended ❤️

Welcoming and authentic Italian experience! Thank you Matilde and Carlo - We had an amazing experience cooking, eating and chatting with Matilde and Carlo! They welcomed us into their beautiful home, shared family recipes with us, and gave us wonderful memories to last a lifetime. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, authentic Italian experience! Matilde is a kind, gentle and detailed teacher when it comes to cooking and Carlo was an excellent, funny and charismatic host for the evening. Thank you Carlo and Matilde! 🫶

Amazing Experience - Amazing experience! Matilde was great in providing direction and making pasta making less daunting. The food was delicious despite our imperfect pasta shapes. Was an engaging and fun experience in a beautiful villa. There's a generous table of food that would satisfy even those with ample appetites.

A culinary delight ! - A delightful morning ! So much fun to cook with Josie and Carlo - both amazing chefs. They welcomed us into their beautiful home and prepared a feast! Would recommend highly to anyone coming to lecce !
