A Return Visitor - My Son, Daughter, and I visited Tahiti Village from September 16 through September 23. This was my third time visiting. My last visit was approximately 10 years ago. I planned the trip via my timeshare exchange. I booked a one-bedroom that accommodated up to four people. Unfortunately, when I booked my stay, the one-bedroom unit booked did not come with a full kitchen. After learning of this, I tried everything to change our accommodations to a larger unit with a full kitchen, but failed. I was somewhat dreading my decision because I thought without a full kitchen and a full size refrigerator, how was I going to make this work with three adults who tire of eating out quite quickly. But, when we arrived at Tahiti Village Resort & Spa, located off the strip, things started looking up! The place was as I remembered it. What a relief. From the time we checked in to the time we departed, our stay was very pleasant. We were able to upgrade to a one-bedroom with a full kitchen. Maria, who works at the Check-in desk, saved the day. She was so helpful. She has a very positive attitude, and is one of the most accommodating, courteous and kind people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She is most definitely a valuable addition to the staff employed at Tahiti Village. She assigned us a newly renovated room with a great view of the Lazy River. We had to pay for the upgrade, but, it was well worth the cost. I also met William Rivero who works in the concierge department. He, too, was a big help. Very friendly, and a person who has the attitude "I'm here to please." Everyone was very nice, but Maria and Rivero are worth a special Thank You for all you did to help make my stay memorable message. Tahiti Village remains the place I will stay whenever I come to Vegas. I like the location being away from the Strip and the nice family environment. It reminds me of Florida. Whenever we needed anything, our needs were taken care of right away. I also appreciate the shuttle service provided to and from the Strip and to the grocery store. One suggestion. It would be nice if trips to the grocery store were daily instead of three times a week. But, overall, the customer service received is priceless. Thank you all for your kindness. Much appreciated!!

My needs were met quickly, thoughtfully and I am sooo happy! (I am travelling in late October) - Today Leigha at Rex answered my call right away (I had been trying to book online and my internet kept dropping out)...Immediately Leigha found my booking and was able to confirm the flight and take payment. She was so thoughtful, helpful, kind and clear ....making sure I understood and had the booking number before she emailed it. I have just recommended Rex to a friend coming to Merimbula.

Friendliness staff - We received our order less than 5 minutes there was a speed of service and the store was super clean even the team members at the counter were very friendly

Excellent customer service by bartender Andrew - About a week ago, I was in the Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta. In the evening, I had dinner at the bar, spoke with a bartender by the name of Andrew, who treated me with a lot of professionalism and was courteous to my needs. He gave me different options and different options on the bourbon and I was looking for. I spent a couple hours there had dinner and then the very next morning around 7 AM. I seen him again and I said what are you doing in so early and he said I’m helping the morning staff. Seems like a great guy and I will be returning to this Marriott. Customer service is hard to come by fantastic job. Just want to thank him.

Miss Peggy's delicious, home fries' potatoes. - Hi, it's me again, Larry Bowman. I'm still a resident at Townplace Suites Nashville Airport. I have extended my stay up until 11/7/25, and maybe longer. However, I must put in a request for the continuation of Miss Peggy's "Home fry's potatoes!" They are so delicious, it makes me look forward to breakfast. Her home fries are not your typical home fries; they actually make the meal complete. It's unfortunate that she does not make them more often. I have talked to some residents at the hotel, that definitely agree. Please, if at all possible, make her home fries a regular addition to the morning meals, it would be highly appreciated.

Bad experience - We had an awful experience at the Castle Hotel, the customer service was so bad, not by the waitresses but the manager We ordered Nachos and it was a bowl of tortillas and cheese on top, nothing else, i was told this is how we serve the and in effect tough There was no apology, no, can I get you anything else, she just shouted take the Nachos off the bill and walked off. It was more about the attitude, our experience on the evening of July 28th was awful
