Fantastic thing to do. - The teacher was amazing and really made it. We had great fun. Wine was lovely. But would have liked to know about it. Pasta sauce was ok. Great day out.

Fun and friendly workshop with lots of laughs - The orechiette cooking class wasawesome! We had lots of fun with the group. Ylenia the teacher has a great sense of humor and she makes a good show out of the teaching. Everything was prepared for us. It is amazing that using only three spoons of flour, some water, and a pinch of salt we could make a delicious dish. Ylenia has shared every trade secret about pasta making so we could make it at home too. After we finished making the pasta, the kitchen staff cooked the pasta with some tomato sauce while we enjoyed a glass of wine or two. There was a bruschette antipasti before the lunch, then we could taste our own pasta with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese! The group was also great and friendly, we had lots of laughs together. In a nutshell, we had a really good time and have learned a lot.

Fun and educational! - Our family of 4 (mom, dad, 2 daughters in their 20’s) has a wonderful time! The staff was fantastic and the food was great.

Excellent gastronomy activity - Fun to do. Very nice instructors. Excellent lunch including our own orecchiettes. Very good wine. Nice place. Highly recommended.

Such a great experience! - We booked this last minute and are so happy we did. We had such a nice time learning how to make orecchiette and drinking wine. Definitely recommend!!

The class was excellent,... - The class was excellent, funny and the chef was so nice. We were late for the class and the chef and her sister were very accommodating to us with another class that day. I highly recommend this experience.

Fun couples activity! - Fun experience…enjoyed learning a traditional pasta-making method and drinking some nice Italian wines. Group of about 12 people was just the perfect size!

A must do authentic experience in Lecce! - Fantastic class, highly recommend. Really fun and informative. The teacher and her cousin led the class and they explained everything so thoroughly. They had great patience with everyone in our group and took the time to check everyone was doing things correctly. Generous glasses of different wines throughout the class. It is at the perfect time so that you can enjoy your pasta over lunch. They catered for any food allergies and special requirements. Very convenient location just off the main square, so you can walk off the pasta and wine afterwards. A really authentic experience and a must do for anyone in Lecce!

Fun time making pasta - Had a great time making pasta (and wine was flowing). The only downside for me was that the group was very large and I couldn’t hear or see instructions from the other end … I had to watch the person next to me (and/or wait for instructor or helper to come around to each of us.
