Originating from the western side of the Laurentian Mountains, it rushes down the age-old granite of the Canadian Shield. The Rouge offers an exhilarating ride for both new and seasoned rafters, with its forceful rapids splashing over ledges, drops, and waves. This comprehensive rafting deal includes gear, a photo and video compilation, a midday meal, and a tantalising salmon or steak dinner to end the day.

Thrilling - Very nice day, rafting on la Rivière Rouge. Our guide was a super chill guy, tailoring the experience to our group's ability. The photographs took some impressive action shots, so that we can now relive the memories. I would highly recommend to any thrill seeker out there!

Great Adventure - Worth the Cost!! - our Guide MP was fantastic! she took us through the course the first time at a gentle pace allowing us all to become comfortable with the levels of effort & excitement. Then after lunch she took us through a more adventurous run! the day was perfect - lunch was ok- Chicken Salad Wraps and fruit/veggies, Water and Tea. Supper was very nice - Steak and salmon both were well flavored and surprisingly tasty and good quality. The ONLY complaint we had was that at lunch they drinks (especially the water was not easily obtained. Although they had several totes of drinks, the cups provided were 5 OZ. and it was above 30 degrees.... Could have drank the whole River. Other than that small complaint It was a fantastic day and well worth the price!! great time for most ages and abilities. Highly recommend this as a first try at whitewater rafting.

The best day in Canada - My husband and I are not young, but we always wanted to try it. We booked half a day rafting on July 21, and we really enjoyed it. Many thanks to our instructor Simon. Very joyful, professional, attentive. I felt safe on his raft. We were full of emotions and happy.

Highly recommended - Such a fun adventure rafting. Very well organized operation and a nice facility along side the river. Highly recommend. Food, bar, pool, hot tub, volleyball and pool table to keep you occupied when not on the water.

New World Rafting excursion - Our group of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) absolutely enjoyed our experience. We did the full day rafting and it was intense! I've been rafting before and we never fell out of the boat. At this place ... you don't have a chance! We emptied the boat on a few occasions. It was a great time! I ended up with a paddle to the face and blood was everywhere .... but all the guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very safe with them. Bridgette, our guide, was awesome and made our trip even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back next year!
