Our Tamar Valley Wine Tour is highly favored and provides a relaxing day-long experience, including a delightful lunch and a complimentary wine glass.
For the Full Day Tamar Valley Wine Tour, we arrange a pick-up from your lodging in Launceston. Our proficient, amicable guide personally drives you in our comfortable, air-conditioned transport to each vineyard. Typically, we visit a minimum of five diverse style and sized vineyards on this tour, but you get to decide the pace.
At the vineyards, you get the chance to interact and connect with the wine producers and cellar door professionals. You can purchase wines at every vineyard we visit and take the experience back home. If desired, shipping to your home can also be organized.
All wine tastings and lunch are covered in the price of this tour. At the end of the tour, we will drop you back off at your accommodation in Launceston.

Highly Recommend this Tour - We booked this wine tour for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised when my wife and I were the only two on the tour that day.
We visited 4 cellar doors/vineyards during the day and this really was one of the best wine tours we have been apart of, every part of the day was an enjoyable experience.
Our guide Eamonn made the day with his intricate knowledge of wine, wine making and Tasmania.
The day flowed well and we had an amazing platter at Small Wonder for lunch with the perfect view.
Highly recommend this tour!

Amazing day tour with a friendly and knowledgeable guide - My best friend and I spent a wonderful day touring the West Tamar region with Eamonn. We were lucky enough to be the only two people on the tour that day and felt very spoilt. We went to four different wineries and enjoyed them all enormously. We had a delicious lunch at Moores Hill Estate. Eamonn was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of processes to us in an easy to understand, concise manner. The wines were all delicious and being able to send our goodies home from our last stop was very handy. Doug at Swinging Gate and Rod at Velo were absolute characters and made our day (as did beautiful Nellie who loved butt scritches). Thanks so much Eamonn, I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige Tours for your winery adventures in Launceston.

Full Day West Tamar Valley Wine Tour - My wife and I had a fun and informative full day winery tour in the West Tamar region with Prestige Tours Tasmania. Our guide Carol was very knowledge about the local wines and the wine makers and their staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lunch at Loira Vines was a highlight (see pic). A great day, highly recommend.

Wonderful - My husband and I had the most pleasant day on this wine tour.
Dave was our wonderful guide and there was only one other couple on the tour with us at the time.
Every winery had its uniqueness and we loved meeting the owners of these boutique wineries and hearing their stories.
The lunch grazing platter was delicious. There was no pressure to buy any wines from the wineries, but the ease of ordering wines from each winery and having them sent back to QLD was perfect for us.

Must-to-go Wine Tour - We had an excellent wine tour with Lynette, visited five beautiful wineries. It was a lovely day out, great pace and great chat with the wine makers. Lynette is friendly and knowledgeable, making sure we enjoyed the tour. Definitely a must-to-go tour!

Entertaining day out - Small group and a very knowledgeable, entertaining driver. Be warned you do need stamina to experience 5 wineries in one day!
