Fantastic tour of cradle mountain - Our Cradle Mountain tour was a fantastic experience. Ben was an excellent guide — knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about what he does. The locations were beautiful, and the scenery throughout the day was stunning. I also really appreciated the lunch from a local bakery, which was delicious and made the tour feel like very good value for money. Overall, it was absolutely worth it, and I would highly recommend it.

A great taste of the beautiful sites of Tasmania - The tour was well organized and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each venue. We started out at SHEFFIELD and had coffee and our lunch was provided there. We enjoyed the beautiful artistic murals painted on the buildings, and then went on to see cradle Mountain, where we took a
Short walk around Dove Lake area. The unique landscape of Tasmania is breathtaking. We were also able to visit the Homestead of the original founder of the cradle Mountain Park. We had a leisurely drive back with information given about each area by our Guide John, who is very knowledgeable. We stopped at a honey shop and were able to sample the delicious offerings. John was very attentive, kind and gave a great history of the whole area and pointed out to
us the historical sites of Launceston. This was one of the best tours I’ve taken out of six in Tasmania.

Simply the best! - This is a fantastic tour and we highly recommend it rather than driving yourself. It is so much better to relax and hear the interesting commentary of the sights and history of the area. We enjoyed Every aspect and Ben our guide was so knowledgeable and caring on the very windy roads we encountered.
Mel in Admin also deserves a big shout out for finding a nd arranging the return to Launceston of my husband’s lost mobile phone.
Thanks to the whole team!

Just do it! - This was a great day out. Extremely well organised by Ben and Steve who both had incredible knowledge of the area and its history. I did the 2 hour Dove Lake walk which i would highly recommend. We went at our own pace and the views were amazing.

Cradle Mountain - Fantastic day out if you want to relax, not worry about driving and enjoy a professional and friendly trip to a wonderful location. Our driver David was superb and an expert driver who took some of the windy roads with great safety and skill. Scenery was great and the lunch enjoyable.

Cradle Mountain Experience - The Cradle Mountain Tour was lead by a very experienced tour guide named Ben. His knowledge of Tasmanian history was amazing. In addition, his passion for the Tasmanian wilderness was evident through his tour commentary.
Our only disappointment was when we booked the tour it specified that we would visit a Cheese Farm but instead we were taken to a Honey Shop. This change was never communicated to us either before or during the tour.
Overall, a great day!

Extremely Rude Guide. We travelled on 21/November 2025 , last month. The guide was in hurry for everything. Strict rules - It’s not about price. It’s about behaviour of guide. Rude and arrogant. He took us back to Launceston quiet early and we had little time to spend in cradle mountain as if he had to rush back his home. We were not allowed to speak among ourselves because he was saying about history about the places. Quite understandable but not allowing talking to my child was kiddish and way too much expectation. My child was upset with his rude behaviour. I was asking the way in cradle mountain, more than explaining the way , for every half sentence he said to come back on time mentioning the time sooo many times.
