The tour guide was great... - The tour guide was great and explained everything well. The group I was in was a good group and we were able to see a ton of fish. Would recommend.

Awesome experience - I think his name was jack, the guy with the long hair was AWESOME. I think he made it more memorable than anything! He’s an awesome your guy & for me & my fiancé was our first times out in the ocean we had a great time. 10/10 recommend!

Snorkeling with Finley - Highly recommend, Ellie was amazing. Would go and plan on going again . Staff was kind courteous. Anyone with average swimming time will do great.

fun and safe tour! - I took my 12 and 14 year old girls on the trip yesterday we had a great and safe time. Easy entry from the beach, John our group guide, kept us informed of everything we were seeing throughout the snorkel, Thank so much John!

A great snorkeling experience - Snorkeling was so much fun! A little challenging with choppy water but so worth it to see the reef. We even saw a nurse shark! Our tour guide, Ellie, was amazing; she was very knowledgeable, fun, and calm!

Review on viator for snorkeling - I will say upfront that I was late. My problem is with how the tour operator behaved with me and my son (I was with my 13 year old son). I was going to be late and so called ahead to let them know, the guy on the phone said as long as we can get there by 1150(for a 12p tour) he would be able to get us in. So we arrived by 1150. Upon meeting the tour operator he immediately started talking rudely with me. I requested that he accommodate us on the scheduled tour. He initially agreed after calling me names (in front of my son). I was apologetic about being late and tried to be calm all through, however, I didn’t see any respectful behavior reciprocated (might I say in front of my kid). The guide had made up his mind to not take us along (even tho he agreed to gear us up), because he kept being up stupid things while trying not get us the gear - for eg. 1. why have you not put on your water shirt yet! 2. (This one was a threat) I will give you the safety instructions quickly and if you don’t remember anything or do anything incorrectly on the water then you are on your own and that he’ll send us back! This was what did it for me! Eventually I decided that even if I reschedule the tour to a later time I didn’t want to go with this guy or the company. They did give me a refund, but given the bad attitude and rude behavior I wouldn’t recommend them.
