Experience of a life time - Absolutely Incredible. Sergei and His partner made the whole trip personal and enjoyable. Being able to set up and take down the hot air balloon was awesome. The ascent up through the clouds was absolutely magical and the breakfast/ brunch afterwards was delicious along with our certificates which made it extra personal and memorable. Highly recommend. Not forgetting the catamaran sun set cruise. Just wow out of this world so many activities to do onboard and off board including drinking, eating and I enjoyed the fishing the most. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family

Out of body experience - This experience was so beautiful, ftom the setting up the take off the floating around feeling like a bird in flight to the landing, everything was just amazing. Highly recommended. The pilot was super nice and professional at all times . Thank you for memory.

Incredible adventure - My girlfriend and I had the most incredible experience on a hot air balloon tour over Crete’s Lassithi Plateau. The pre-flight preparations were thrilling, allowing us to be part of the process. As we gently ascended, the panoramic views were breathtaking, especially during the sunrise. The skilled pilot and informative commentary added to the journey’s enjoyment. The crew’s professionalism and warmth were outstanding. This tour is a must-do for anyone seeking adventure, tranquility, and stunning beauty.

Amazing experience - This was an amazing experience, I booked it as a surprise for my partners birthday. Our pilot was called Daniel and he was great, communicating well throughout. It was interesting to see how much goes into putting the balloon up and taking it down. After the flight, the guys took us to a lovely breakfast in a Taverna, we had champagne and received a certificate and a lovely necklace each that goes together to make a whole balloon. Also Daniel had organised for happy birthday music to come on in the taverna and a cake to come out which I thought was a lovely touch!

Amazing experience - Unforgettable hot air balloon flight! We arrived to Crete and we had absolutely no idea that this year there were hot air balloon flights, absolutely accidentally we saw an advertisement and decided that it was a sign, to fulfill my dream from my childhood! Great team, everything is clearly explained and shown, there was absolutely no feeling of fear, after the flight we wanted more and more, but it was time for breakfast and champagne 😂 Thank you so much for a great experience!

Sunrise Balloon Flight - We booked for three of us for a sunrise balloon ride, we were picked up at our hotel bang on time and taken to a small cafe for coffee, where we met the rest of the crew and the pilot, and transferred to the minibus with the balloon trailer. The crew were really friendly and explained everything, and we got involved with the unpacking and setting up of the balloon, ready for our flight. It was pretty cold first thing, so don't forget jackets! The flight was amazing, peaceful, slow (we had almost zero wind), excellent visibility. My fiancé was worried as she doesn't like heights, but she relaxed into the flight and started being able to look around and enjoy the experience. The flight lasted around 35 minutes, then we landed in a very calm manner into a field, and were met by the crew in the minibus to start packing everything away. It's quite educational to see the effort that goes into preparing, flying and packing a balloon up again, and to get involved in the process adds to the experience. Once all away, off to a local cafe for an amazing champagne breakfast, before being taken back to the hotel to enjoy the rest of our day (we were back in Elounda before 12pm). The ground crew took photos and videos all through the setup and strip down, and sent them to us by mid afternoon at no extra charge - fantastic service! Well recommended, and a great location for a flight :-) (Note - we also left something in the car, and they were really helpful searching for it and dropping it back off at the hotel the next day, we really cannot ask for any more customer service from such an energised, fantastic group of people who really enjoy what they do!).
