- Minimum age is 14 years for Skyjump
- All Skyjump participants ages 14 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign an authorization waiver
- Minimum height is 52 inches (1.32 meters)
- Maximum weight is 265 pounds (120.2 kilos). The SkyJump ride needs to incorporate the weight of the 10-pound harness and gear for a total weight capacity of 275 pounds

Spectacular rides at 350 meters altitude - Spectacular rides at 350 meters altitude - not for the faint-hearted, but plenty of adrenaline rush! This kind of roller coaster is arguably unique in the world - at the top of a television tower. It is best to reserve an appointment in advance (e.g. via TripAdvisor).

Two rides and a spectacular view! Must do! - Only two rides are available- wish I had known that before buying unlimited rides. All the other rides that used to be there are sit down permanently. There were no lines at all. Staff were great and helped me feel safe.

Great rides, some poor customer service. - The rides are fantastic! However, the lady seating you on the ride that rolls over the edge is rude. She was an unhelpful, huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at everything. She had a bad attitude. However the girls operating the tower ride were so nice and helpful, friendly and cheerful.

Lazy complacent staff - This was the 4th time I’ve ridden the “big shot” (first time 2008) - the ride is fantastic but the experience was ruined this time by the lazy staff. The ride was advertised as opening at 2pm. When I tried to access the lift at 2, I was waved away by the staff who told me “the big shot isn’t open, come back later” when I finally got to the ride (has its own elevator) I was greeted with the same nonchalant attitude. I sat myself into my ride seat and actually had to beckon the “assistant” over and ask if he could check I’d clicked the harness into place. After he had reluctantly checked my safety he indicated to his “mate” (whilst yawning) that he could hit the “go” button- as previously stated this is a great ride, and I’ve previously enjoyed it, no need to be nervous this time(?) however the experience on this occasion made me feel unsafe to the point that I wanted to get off as the rode was “winding up”. To hire such lazy cretins into this important role is clearly an error of judgement by “the strat” or whoever employed these people . I would recommend a review of recruitment and find people who actually want to work and have some interest in the role….

Don’t go before calling. - Two of the three rides were closed for maintenance. This was not mentioned on either Strat or Viator’s website. One of the rides had been closed for maintenance for almost a year according to one of the workers.

Not worth it at all. - Only 1 out of the 3 rides was working and available for riding access. The “Big shot” ride lasted a total of ~30 seconds. Definitely not worth the unlimited rate.

Worst Customer Service experience at the start pod box office. - I had to cancel my ticket, because Viator was telling me I will not get partial discount, since one of their ride was down. The fact it was still being advertised for purchase from Viator, I am not happy with the service on this one.

RIDES CLOSED WITH NO EXPLANATION - Upon arrival, we were informed that only ONE RIDE (SKYJUMP) was available. I paid for unlimited rides (SKYJUMP, BIG SHOT, XSCREAM) for 2 people, but they were closed. We were not given a reason. I did request a refund to accommodate the inconvenience. We were so much looking forward to it.
