My travel cravings are for experiences, especially when I can feel like a local. My earliest travel memory is probably a Civil War battlefield. The place I'm most excited to go next is Latvia—I'm leaving next week!

My most memorable moment in Vegas was taking all my childhood best friends for an amazing weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. The most romantic thing you can do here is go to the Celine Dion concert—yeah, I did that once. I would stay at Caesars when visiting Las Vegas because they treat me so right.

The activities that can't be missed

1. Gambling—don't play slots.

2. Penn & Teller is still one of the best shows I've seen in town.

My favorite places to eat

1. Lotus of Siam: Awesome Thai food in a strip mall—order anything.

2. Gordon Ramsay Steak: Choosing your cut involves them bringing out a 'meat wagon' covered in steaks.

3. Caesars' Buffet: Gotta go once. There's miniature everything—the chicken and waffles even has a baby deep fryer it comes in.

The places you should definitely see

1. The Wynn is pretty classy. It's worth a stroll through.

2. If you've got children, take them on the NY roller coaster.

3. Chuckle at the fake Statue of Liberty because it's photographed on the US postage stamp instead of the actual one here in my hometown.

My favorite hidden gems

1. Lotus of Siam is awesome because it really is in the middle of nowhere and a little drive from the Strip.

2. Anything & everything in Tony's Downtown Project—I'm so impressed by it.

3. Koi Pond in the Wynn is pretty nifty.
