Beautiful - This is definitely worth an early start.when we launched our kayaks there was no one there at 7am and no queue to paddle into Emerald cave...this gets a lot busier later in the day and in the heat its not good to queue! Perfect time of day...im so glad we went early.we had a swim in the river, very refreshing and beautiful and a little hike. You would need to be of reasonable fitness to paddle the 2.2 miles there and back...Im a lazy 52 Yr old and managed ok! Big thanks to Brady and Hans for leading tour, very knowledgeable about area and Brady very passionate about outdoor life.Dont golater in day...perfect time to go

Our guide made the experience a 12/10 - Our tour guide, Brady provided us with a 12/10 experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, attentive and reassuring. He gave us the upmost confidence and personalized the expedition to our abilities. We had an amazing time kayaking with him. He was a true addition to our experience. Viator as a organization was slightly more of tumultuous affair. I called for further clarification to book the activity, only for them to read off the same internet page I was on. When asked direct questions, they were unable to answer, always circling back to the page in-front of them. Moreover, I asked for a direct 'yes' or 'no' response as I became confused and the information told to me, was inaccurate. They can do better in training their support staff.

It’s a whole morning thing - Long commute to riding site (1.5hrs) Trail was fun though. Bring a bandana for the dirt. Website says 1.5h ride but only got an hour tour. Single file, no shenanigans or free time. Guide was okay, a lot of things were out of his control. Had van trouble on the way back and couldn’t get it to start so had to take another van. Delayed our return by an hour. Overall ehh

Do not waste your money- you can kayak from the park much cheaper - First- if you are booking for the cave experience save your money! It's a scam- you backed in this opening took a picture and left- no kayaking or pretty lights to see Also NO SNACKS as advertised or enough water for everyone Oh- the beach was a joke-it was so small all rocks- this was NO BEACH even by standards of someone who doesn't live by beaches NOW- i pretty certain the tour guides Elijah and Brady scammed us The tour when booking said $15 to get in the park LIE- $15 only The tour guides had us pay $15 PER PERSON- when it's only $25 a vehicle to get in the park - they are taking ppls money They had no change for anybody so of course they kept the extra money- but had venmo for tips at the end but didn't give that option earlier on for the park entry or crappy parking scam they charged ALSO- you park in a crappy parking lot at a souvenir shop and the tour guides said the shop collects $20 to park there and they will give the shop the money BS- Why would you have such an awful meeting spot when other tours meet at hotels Anyway They kept that money to park- they scare you by saying you'll get towed I wish I took a picture of the paper they hand written for us- it was a parking pass by them-OMG such a scam Now on the positive- the guides were helpful and courteous when needed, probably more helpful to the young bikini thong wearing ladies...lol
