Las Vegas - Zion National Park - Bryce Canyon National Park
Zion National Park - Zion National Park is Utah’s oldest, most diverse, and most visited national park. Spanning 229 square miles (593 square kilometers), it features a stunning large canyon with towering rock formations reaching into the sky. The valley floor is deep and mysterious, with a narrow and profound canyon. Gazing up from the valley floor, the cliffs offer a breathtaking view. It’s perfect for hiking, wading, and rock climbing (some areas require professional permits).
Bryce Canyon National Park - Located in the United States, Bryce Canyon National Park is famous for its breathtaking scenery, featuring thousands of orange and red rock columns arranged in a vast and continuous pattern. Although it is the smallest national park in the country, Bryce Canyon’s landscape is truly spectacular. The unique and orderly arrangement of these pillars creates the illusion of a grand, open-air theater, with some formations resembling the iconic Roman Colosseum.
Bryce Canyon National Park - Arches National Park - Monument Valley
Monument Valley - Monument Valley gained prominence in various media during the 1930s and is a symbol of the American West. The cross-country run in the movie “Forrest Gump” concludes here. The breathtaking scenery of Monument Valley is beyond words. Massive rock formations rise from the red plain, with the most famous being the “Eye of the Sun.” This is a place where the resonance of desolation and wildness, and the elevation of life and soul converge.
Arches National Park - Home to the world’s largest concentration of natural sandstone arches, Arches National Park boasts over 2,000 natural arches, with the smallest spanning 0.9 meters and the largest spanning 91 meters. New arches continue to form while old ones collapse.
Antelope Canyon - Horseshoe Bend - Lake Powell
Antelope Canyon - Situated in northern Arizona, USA, Antelope Canyon was formed by the erosion of soft sandstone over millions of years. Flash floods frequently occur during the monsoon season, and the sudden increase in rainfall causes floodwaters to rush into the canyon. The narrow passage enhances the vertical erosion force, creating the corridor at the bottom of Antelope Canyon and the hard, smooth edges on the canyon walls, resembling flowing water. Although Antelope Canyon is a narrow valley, descending to the bottom reveals a magnificent palace of art, with walls that appear soft but are actually very hard, and rock surfaces flowing along the walls in layers. When sunlight enters the serene canyon, the interplay of light and shadow unveils its charm.
Friendly reminder: Tripods or monopods are not permitted in Antelope Canyon.
Horseshoe Bend - Horseshoe Bend is recognized as one of the top seven photography spots in the United States by National Geographic magazine. The dense water grass on the Colorado River bed gives the river a fluorescent green appearance under sunlight. The river makes a 360-degree turn in a reddish-brown canyon, carving out a horseshoe-shaped canyon, hence the name Horseshoe Bend. Standing on the cliff, one can be captivated by the stunning beauty of the blue water, blue sky, and red rock.
Lake Powell - Straddling the border between Arizona and Utah, Lake Powell is one of the most popular inland water recreation destinations in the United States. This is not only due to its vast area of nearly 658 square kilometers but also because of the captivating geological wonders surrounding its shoreline.
