Fantastic Red Rock Experience!! - What a thrill ride! This was a great way to explore red rock canyon and so fun! Go early as it’ll get hot! They charge $10 for a helmet and $20 if your partner is going to be driving too. Wish that info was posted up front, so bring cash for that and also a tip for the guide. I just wish we went on a road where we could really fly, but well worth it nonetheless!

Greast way to experience a unique vehicle! - We recently booked the Red Rock Canyon Guided Automatic Slingshot Express Tour through Viator, and it was an exhilarating experience! The tour offered a unique way to explore the stunning landscapes of Red Rock Canyon, and riding in the slingshot vehicle was definitely a highlight. The slingshot vehicle provided an exciting and fun way to navigate through the scenic routes. It felt like a blend of a motorcycle and a convertible, giving us a sense of freedom and adventure. Red Rock Canyon's multicolored mountains and rock formations were breathtaking. The tour included several stops for photos, allowing us to capture the beauty of the area. While the slingshot vehicle was fun to drive, we noticed that the upkeep could be better. Some of the vehicles seemed a bit worn out. Despite the minor issue with vehicle maintenance, the tour was a fantastic way to experience Red Rock Canyon. The combination of thrilling rides and stunning views made it a memorable adventure. We would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and exciting way to explore Las Vegas's natural beauty.

Viator disregarded my scheduled appointment - There was no experience. I was contacted the day before and asked to reschedule my 1p appointment, I wasn't able to reschedule. I was told they will cancel on their end and return my payment. Three days have passed and my payment hasn't been returned.

Does not care about safety or maintenance - Facts: Believe our guide was the owner. guide not available when we arrived. No on premises parking Never checked a drivers license We were rushed to vehicles because he was late. He did not check to ensure people had helmets that fit or they could get them on. Vehicles not maintained Request guide fix mirror before driving vehicle out of garage. He stated mirror fixed but my vehicle mirrors spinning the wind. Guide took us on the freeway knowing the mirrors were unavailable for use. This was dangerous and put the whole group in danger. When confronted with this at the canyon I was told he was unable to fix them with the little tool he had with him. He further stated if this had been pointed out prior to leaving he could have fixed them. (Obviously this was pointed out prior to leaving as he tried to fix it prior to me driving out of the garage.) I was told that I was are without the mirrors and I needed to calm down. The vehicle our friend drove had no arm for the signal lights and needed to out his finger in the hole to turn this on. Clearly safety and maintenance are not priority for this business. Owner was not nice!
