What a rush! - Great staff, great directions, great safety checks. The staff was actually concerned about your feelings. The nerves kicked in when actually standing on the egde. But, once i stepped off, it was so awesome! I would definitely do it again.

A unique vegas experience - First off this place deserves 5 stars for the staff alone. Very professional with multiple safety checks and they explained everything that was happening. It didn't feel rushed at all and you could tell the staff was very experienced. The actual jump is very tame (not a criticism, more for people who are nervous to do this) but very fun. It's an incredibly unique experience to be able to say you jumped off the strat (tallest observation tower in the US!) and I would highly recommend doing it while you're in vegas. Tips: -The gopro video package is fun and its given to you on a usb stick with a certificate that you jumped, video was very good quality. -I jumped during the afternoon and the staff recommended jumping at night as you get the best view of the strip, will definitely jump at night when I go back -Go during the week as I guess the weekends are very busy -If you get the gopro when you are up on the platform ask the staff if you can get a video of the strip and they show you how to hold the gopro to get a great view *******You need to call before you go as close to your jump time as possible and ask if the skyjump is open. They can close unexpectedly due to weather and high winds. It is definitely expensive but you're really paying for the location/experience and I feel it is worth it.

IMO- Jump at night - It's all fun and games until they open those doors and you see all the beautiful lights all the way down there! It's definitely thrilling and everytime you remember falling, you smile. Do it.

Most scary, yet exciting experience ever. - Standing at the edge of the platform, overlooking Las Vegas. To feel that cold, crisp air on my skin, what an invigorating feeling.

Sunset Jumping & Swinging - The height is what almost made me turn around…. Glad I didn’t though. I stepped up and stepped off being really unsure…. So to tell the truth , as soon as you step off the platform it is literally like sitting in a swing. Ladies bend your legs when you come to the bottom. Your lady parts will thank you….. You also get a ticket so you can go back up to the observation deck, which is such a beautiful view for sunset. You place all your belongings into a locker and you take the key the key with you. You have to take off anything that could dangle, like earrings or necklaces. I was able to keep my studs in though. They could use more signs at the entryway to get to the check in point. If you buy your tickets on Viator, you skip the box office line. Buy your ticket the day before and pick whatever time you want to go. If you wait til the day of, you will be SOL…

Help!! - I’m down $50 in wasted taxis because I wasn’t told the experience was down for the time I’d booked. I’ve emailed about this twice and still no answer

Bo communication when closed or with staffing issue - Booked … rained no communication was closed so arrived next day Booked again … rained… again, no communication. Was closed so booked again Turned up for 3rd booking and was closed due to staffing issues Sad really as looked amazing but lack of communication Offered us a 30% of a show but we are on our way home tonight
