Grand Canyon tour - Carlitos with natural park express tours was fantastic. He was so funny and enjoyable to listen to driving from stop to stop

Great Day - Dan was an excellent bus driver. He was knowledgeable and we had fun on the coach itself. He was good humoured even after a mistake that cost him 50 dollars! We had a great tour of the inside of Hoover Dam and other places

Great tour. Take the trip! - The tour was great. The driver was so informative! Great sense of humor and made sure everyone had a great time! Even had a few extras like longhorn sheep!

Hoover Dam and Boulder City tour - Robert was very friendly, very knowledgeable about Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam history, and is one of the best dam drivers I’ve ever ridden with.

Excellent way to see dam and surroundings - Driver was friendly and funny! Lots of good information. You will only have time at the dam to either see the outside or do the indoor power tour. Wish there was a bit more time to do both. Still a great tour and highly recommend!

Hoover Dam exceeds expectations. - The bus offered pick up at select hotels. Instructions for meeting the bus were clear and precise. It did require transportation to the meeting spot. The driver was professional and humorous. The trip to the Hoover Dam and back felt rushed. It you did the tour at the Dam, there was no time left to explore before heading back to Vegas. If you want a quick trip to the Dam and back, this is the perfect excursion. If you want more time to explore, a suggest an alternate trip.

Poor use of time - As others have complained, there is not enough time at Hoover Dam on this trip. We booked the Exploration tour and we had 90 minutes at the Dam which seemed like enough time. But you have to go through security, and there were a lot of people ahead of us so we had to wait while they watched the movie. Then there was all the logistics with the elevators. By the time we got done with the tour, we had only 10 minutes left to walk the dam, take pictures and get back to the bus. Our bus was 10 minutes late leaving. Instead of returning right back to Vegas we stopped in Boulder City for a 30 minute ‘ice cream’ stop. We got stuck in traffic getting back to Vegas because it was rush hour. Why the stop at Boulder City at all? So they can charge $25 for self guided tour, when they are going to stop there anyway? I would have rather had more time at the Dam and not have to sit on the bus in rush hour traffic.
We got picked up at 10:00 am. You’d be better off taking an earlier tour if you don't want to sit in traffic and deal with the crowds at the Dam. It’s a 5 hour trip, but only 2 of them are actually spent at the Dam and bridge.

Late and poor planning - The bus waited on three late passengers who they didn’t have room for the bus in the first place and now the trip has not even started yet. We were supposed to leave at 10am. It’s 10:43 and we are still waiting. Never use this company.
