You can acquire one at the Clark County Regional Justice Center, open from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, every day of the week. \n\nBoth partners must appear in person with a valid government-issued photo ID (like a driver’s license or passport) to get the license. If you require assistance, our Coordinator is on hand to guide you through the process.
