A Great Taco Experience! - This was a fun experience. We arrived late and missed our meet-up, but the business is run by great people who got us quickly back on track without judgement when we showed up at their office rather than the meeting place. They oriented us on the use of the scooters, with special focus on safe operation and security. At the end or our tour of downtown Las Vegas, we stopped at the taco place they recommended (I can't remember their name), and the food was fantastic!

Best unique and fun experience!! - Matt was epic, very knowledgeable and super fun!! We had such a great time for my brothers 40th birthday. Matt took us to see some amazing street art then to taste the most amazing tacos. Hands down the most unique experience, in the best way possible.

The best time riding scooters and eating tacos dressed as a taco and hot sauce - Riding the scooters with good friends on my birthday, my boyfriend and I dressed like a Taco and Hot Sauce and eating some bomb ass tacos was the best bday experience. So many photo ops along the way. It was the highlight of my bday trip to Vegas!

Different and nice - If you are looking for something different to do , love tacos, art and something away from the strip , this tour is for you. Sabrina and Max are so nice and accommodating. I am definitely coming back with my crew

Really rough part of... - Really rough part of town. Can’t ride the strip and the places you can ride are rough. Drug deals going down in front of you. Wouldn’t recommend!

Dishonest Owner/Business - Copy and pasting from Google. I left my honest review from a subpar experience my wife and I had in March. The owner responded with absolute dishonesty. My Review Probably the low-light of our trip. We chose a guided taco tour for two. I received a call saying it was no longer a guided tour, but a self guided tour because of low attendance. In short it was terrible. Their policy states if not enough people up, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund issued (they wont). What we got was bad GPS, no insight on the stops, one malfunctioning scooter and just not fun. The first taco stop we did get two tacos. The 2nd taco stop, they called their manager and they knew nothing about the tacos. As far as the deep fried oreo, we were told we could only have a pre packaged candy bar. Oh, and I still paid guided tour price lol. Skip this or better yet, do the segway foodie tour, it's actually fun.  Like  Share Response from the owner 2 months ago Hi Dewey, We sincerely apologize that your experience with our award-winning Taco tour didn't meet your expectations. As a small business, ensuring a minimum of 3 participants is necessary for us to facilitate the tour effectively. We regret any confusion, as we did offer you the option to opt out for a full refund. It's important to us to maintain ethical standards, which is why we wouldn't compel you to take a self-guided tour when we can't provide the guided experience. In fact, we even provided extra food, doubling the usual offering, as per our standard protocol for transitioning from guided to self-guided tours. We're also sorry to hear about the misunderstanding with the restaurant staff regarding the taco arrangements. Occasionally, new staff may not be fully briefed on our procedures, but we're relieved to know that they were able to accommodate you appropriately after contacting their manager. In Downtown Las Vegas, where we operate, businesses can sometimes close or change, necessitating shifts to new options. For example, we replaced deep-fried Oreos with offerings from a locally-owned candy shop, such as truffles or moodi bars, over a year ago. At Atomic Spears, we take pride in our excellence and quality, and as an owner-operated business, I can assure you that your interaction was likely with myself or one of my small team. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and want to ensure that you don't feel taken advantage of or unhappy with your experience. Please feel free to reach out to us so we can provide you with a gift card and discuss any additional compensation necessary to ensure your satisfaction with trusting us for your scooter experience. Me Responding to Owner): If you don't know if you dealt with me, then how would you have knowledge of this encounter. Lie #1: I was 10000% never given the option for a refund. I received call two hours before stating it was now going to be a self guided tour due to low attendance and we could have the scooters for an additional hour. I was never offered a refund even though your website states in cancellations that "If you are booked on a tour where the minimum number is not met, you will be issued a full refund." We were not given a choice but to accept the self guided tour. And what good were the scooters when mine was malfunctioning (as in, it would slow down even when the accelerator was not being touched, the motor would keep spinning even when I got off.) Lie #2: We only got 2 tacos at the first stop, no other tacos were included. At the 2nd stop where tacos were stated to be provided, neither the staff nor the manager knew anything about the tour. We were informed this must have been something in the past and left. It is completely unethical to state we were given the upgraded food option. We only received two tacos at the first stop, one candybar at the dessert store, and nothing else. 100000% we did not get the XL Taco Tour (was never offered) to make up for the guided tour being cancelled. Lie #3: From your own website, and this one isn't a big deal but it shows your website is wrong, "everyone will receive Deep-fried Oreos." Unethical business as far as I am concerned after the owner's response.

Terrible!! There is no GROUP tour at all.. it’s self guided and no food is included - If I could leave no stars I would!! This whole thing was a sham. We arrived at the location.. there was no group trip. We had to message the company multiple times AND get Viator to contact the company to find out where we were supposed to meet up just to find out the tour itself was actually self guided and they didn’t provide anything but the scooters. The lady at the scooter place kept saying that Viator had the excursiom posted incorrectly (I have a video of the whole experience) and it doesn’t match what we signed up for even after I showed her my tickets. The tacos aren’t included at all.. you have to pay for those yourself and there is no way to get a direct refund from Viator or the people that are actually inside the scooter place. We are still awaiting a response from the scooter company’s owner.
