Horseshoe Bend and Antelope are amazing. - Tour was good. Horseshoe Bend and Antelope are amazing. However, the itinerary was not the same as Viator. There were 4 places in itinerary from Viator. 1. St George 2. Horseshoe Bend 3. Antelope and 4. Glen Canyon Dam. The tour operator is not Viator but different company. They skipped the first place st. George, Utah and also didn’t stop at glen canyon dam - just passed by.

Guides shamefully push for tips - This “tour” isn’t very guided. It was fine as a means of transportation to antelope canyon, but aside from pointing out a few things along the way, The guide and translators don’t do much. The guide isn’t even the one that takes you through the canyon nor do any of them guide you through horseshoe bend. They just drop you off and tell you to meet them at the front. And at the canyon, a Native American guide does the tour and you tip them after (this makes sense). But none of this would have been much of an issue had the employees of this tour company not been so money hungry. Several times throughout the trip they mentioned tipping and basically pushed a mandatory minimum of $10 per employee (including translators regardless of if you needed one.). They said it was “strongly encouraged” multiple times, told us to go to an ATM if we didn’t have enough and collected the money before the end of the trip (this is usually done at the end), which applies pressure on the guests. Even worse, the guide counted what each person gave in front of our faces. It was incredibly tacky and uncomfortable. When one guest only gave $20, the guide gave them a disappointed look. Tipping is expected but it should be at the discretion of the guests. In the past, I’ve given $50 to a single person guide before simply because I was so happy, but I was tempted to give far less to these employees because of how unprofessionally they pushed the tip amount. It also felt as though they were taking advantage of the foreign tourists who aren’t used to tipping. Unlike Americans, they likely don’t know that tipping in this case should be based on your personal feelings about the service not based on the amount they “strongly encourage” you to give.

Trip From Hell - Please be aware that trip was advertised as WIFI and Restroom on bus. Neither were. Major road construction and bus driver instead of using BY PASS drove right into STOPPED traffic causing a 2 hour delay. Once we arrived at first stop ( Horseshoe ) told you have 30 minutes due to delay! Only stopped 3 times for rest room / food stops. Each only 15 minutes. Imagine riding 6:30 to 10:00 PM and off bus for a few minutes. Very disappointed that no Wifi , on bus restroom. Note was also told service dogs were allowed to find out at Antelope they are NOT so had to sit and wait. I would NOT have signed up knowing that.

They did not match what they had offer, do not use again - The bus is very uncomfortable and when you book viator team member say yes to everything but when you sign your payment is different what was asking for, I feel like a scam
