DJK Getaway. - We enjoyed seeing the sights of Las Vegas. It was a great view from the big bus top. The hop on and hop off was a great option. The staff was friendly.

Fun experience! - Seeing sights and hearing the history of Las Vegas was a great experience. Would have appreciated a live tour guide as the recordings did not always line up with where the bus was stopped.

Do better - I thought the bus would stop and allow you to get off, walk around and then board again. However, bus driver was great, friendly and knowledgeable

A Lot to See and Many Pictures to Take - The tour took you past all the main spots on the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. I will not fault the tour company for a 1-1/2 hour tour turning into 3 hours because traffic was horrendous! However, at one spot we stopped and were there for about 20 minutes. A few of us on the top deck were wondering why so I went down to ask the guy taking tickets (not the driver) and his response was very rude. He told me first off "it's not just about you honey", and then said they were waiting for more people. In the 20 minutes we stopped, only 2 people came on the bus. I think there was definitely a better way for him to respond, but he must have left his manners home that day. Not cool.

Big Red bus tour Las Vegas. - Never do it again. I wish, I could had got back the fours of my life.
We had waited over one hour to catch the bus intially. The driver, had said every 40 minutes the bus will return to each stop. That was bull!!!!
Again over an hour to hop on the bus again. The tracking app was so wrong on location and time of arrival. Do not take this toure

Should have been a great way to visit city…wasted money - Ist bus was too full, no seats, then the bus never returned for us to go to our second stop. No benches at droppff location. Could not find a contact number to call, total waste of money. App did not show arrival times of buses as mentioned. We Paid uber to get back.

Terrible - This was an awful experience. We waited 2 hours for the bus to arrive at the bus stop of the Excalibur hotel. When we bought the tickets, we we’re assured that the wait would be between 30 to 60 minutes. I don’t recommend this tour.

Avoid avoid avoid! Not worth it! - Due to flight delays we weren’t able to utilise it on 9th Oct and I emailed Viator straight away to inform them about us getting to Vegas late so we would be grateful if they can change the date to 10th so we could do the bus tour. Guess what they did it but send me the email confirmation at 5:30pm by then we had already booked a show. Absolutely shambles. This is a scam Viator is running and their customer service is pretty useless. Up on emailing them three times and they conducted their investigation as to why them offering to reuse our booking the next day but after the most of the day was over. There goes my $100!
Please avoid at all cost.

Don’t waste your time or money - We were one stop from our final destination and the bus driver kicked everyone off with no explanation. Come to find out it was because he was due a lunch break…at 4pm. Drove away and left me and my disabled wife (and all other passengers) stranded to wait another 45+ minutes for another bus. Overall on the tour there are long waits in between buses. Also they have converted to prerecorded audio instead of having tour guide commentary, which is subpar. Don’t waste time or money.
