Great Experience - Great ride and AMAZING lunch but the best part was the absolutely beautiful waterfall!!! The horses were well behaved and trail was easy.

Beautiful ride - Edwin, our guide was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable & patient. Great attitude. The horses we rode Chocolate and Shakira were sure footed. It was a beautiful ride along the river. The hike to the waterfalls was worth it. Delicious lunch served after. Thank you to Rosa.

Magical Mexican Forest - This review is long overdue. 12/10. There’s so much more to this experience than we expected. It was magic. Paloma was an OG. DONT WEAR SHORTS. And if you have padded shorts, bring them. It’s a LONG ride but so worth it

Good time on a long ride - Had a very good time. They were super quick to respond to questions and did a great job while we were there. Fortunately, we had rode horses some as the instruction was very little. Nice long ride. Saddles are wooden so prepare your butt! A bit more talking to customers while waiting, transportation, etc. Only things we knew were things we asked about. Lunch was good. Transportation on time.

Operator did not have courtesy to cancel but stood us up instead - None since the tour did not happen. Obviously the tour did not have enough participants (our family of 4 were the only ones at the pickup spot) but they did not have the courtesy to cancel the night before. Instead we had to show up at the pickup point to get stood up. Tried the phone # given but got no response. Website chat took 20 minutes to respond so we gave up and left. If you do sign up for this best thing to do is phone, text, somehow reach these people to confirm that you would not be stood up.
