Lancelin Dune sand boarding - We had an amazing time, staff were helpful and the weather was excellent. Not too windy. My only suggestion bring water, no beverages on sale. It was a great activity for all of us the youngest being 6.

Fun experience - Easy pick up process. Friendly staff. 5 minute walk to dunes. Can get very hot, need good sun protection. Overall recommend.

Fantastic and worthy experience - My daughter and I enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately we didn't stay too long as the wind was causing lots of sand storms but I was just happy my daughter could experience sandboarding. From the photo you can see she's having fun!! Would recommend going before the sea breeze kicks in (was windy all day for us) but awesome experience nevertheless. Only $10 each so some cheap fun :)

Reservation of a board was easy and cost less than other hiring outlets - We reserved our boards in advance as it was peak holiday season, though I think there seemed to be plenty. Even though it’s possible to cancel up to 24 hrs before, the weather was unpredictable and it started raining when we arrived. Can’t slide down the sand if it’s wet unfortunately! So we were stuck with doing it anyway and had a go none the less. It was really windy too and plenty of sand in our eyes! If the weather had been good, it would have been great fun. I believe that the hire fee is less than other places, plus there was no time limit (you’ll need to check this!), so it seems a good deal.

No comminication - Really bad experience. We booked the sandboarding for a specific day and drove 2hours to do it only to be told when we arrived that we could not do it that day as it had rained. Meaning we entirely wasted a trip. We had tried to call them a few times in the morning before we drove up but the calls did not even go through. We were told to come back the next day, which we did, and when we were given the sandboard absolutely no explanation was given regarding how and where to use the sandboard and we found it very difficult. Would not recommend, terrible experience.

SCAM ALERT! - SCAM ALERT! Not even worth of 1 star! The worst experience we ever had! Please consider this place before you book! Or you gonna regret! It's against the law for businesses to take payment for products or services when they know they won’t be able to supply them. We booked online 3 bikes atv for 6 person with a duration an hour and half for Monday 26th of Dec 2022. On monday our flight from Melbourne to Perth that was supposed to be in the morning got cancelled and rescheduled in the afternoon. We sent an email to told them via email that we need to reschedule to another day for the atv ride. We’ve received an email response from one of Perth Quad name Joevin saying that we can reschedule for tuesday at 1 pm and looking forward to see us. We went there on Tuesday at 12 o clock and waited in queue for half an hour and the guy told us to speak to a manager name Joe. We spoke with that guy on the spot and he was so rude and basically said he can’t accomodate that and told us to go and not bother him. We were so confused and felt ripped of cause we’ve paid AUD 540 and received an email saying we can come and ride. We tried to contact Joevin, the guy that sent us an email to see if there’s anything that he can do. He hung up twice to us saying he will join the team which is very confusing. We are gonna fight for this and will report to consumer commision, because this is breach the law! So, please consider this review for your book! Because this place such a scam.
