As we set off on our journey to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, I couldn’t help but feel a wave of nostalgia wash over me. The open road has always been a place of reflection and discovery for me, a sentiment that has only deepened with age. My husband and I have spent countless hours traversing the highways of America in our trusty RV, but this trip promised something truly unique—a chance to immerse ourselves in the Amish way of life.
