Amazing snorkeling - It was very nicely and sharply organized! Everything was on good schedule and personnel tried their best to entertain us. We had fun snorkeling in 3 islands and the last was cool option to relax. One tip for the travelers: do not go to another beach across the island, unless you want to go walking, there is the same beach, but you lose time for getting there.

Fantastic day - Fabulous day from start to finish. Great fun, fantastic leaders - Gaga and Lucy and the whole team. Collected from our hotel as arranged and supplied with breakfast at the pier. The boat ride was exhilarating and entertaining. We were taken to beautiful beaches with incredibly clear water. We were supplied with a lovely beach bag containing soft beach towels, beach mat and snorkelling equipment. The day was well explained to us by the wonderful Gaga before we got on the boat. We had snacks and drinks throughout the day , a lovely lunch - we asked for vegetarian and this was arranged and afternoon tea when we returned. Great snorkelling spots and beautiful beach stops. Not over crowed at all. Well worth the money and I would recommend to anyone.

A magical day on the water. - This was just magic. The islands were gorgeous. The snorkelling amazing and the tour guides just made the day over the top brilliant. The lunch that was included was fresh and filled with seafood and other delights. You were always getting offered a cold drink or a snack. Tom is the most beautiful guide I have ever experienced and Lucy was the most helpful. I would definitely recommend this if you want a great day out and don’t want to take life too seriously.

Amazing day out - This day trip was so well organised! We had a great time. Our leaders Tom and Lucy (and team) were absolutely fantastic. Delicious lunch and plenty of refreshments before, during and after the trip. We were picked up from our hotel in Khao Lak around 7.30am and got back around 5.30pm. Highly recommend this trip.

Beautiful day, guides A+, food needs improving - The day was perfectly organised from start to finish. Guides were AMAZING, funny and interacted well with everyone. Special mention to TEQUILA (guide) who was funny, and friendly and took the time to check on everyone individually. The only down fall to this trip was the lunch! Oh it was terrible. Then the line to empty your metal food tray into a stinking bin with bugs surrounding area, put your tray in seperate area, cutlery in another area- felt like a prison set up. The food was barely edible, and the tray set up/disposal was atrociously managed.

All in all a good day trip. The... -
All in all a good day trip. The Similan islands are beautiful and the snorkeling is fun.

The trip was organised by WOW Andaman via Viator. We where picked up from our hotel by one of their employees, a very personal touch. The dock is super busy but well organised. The speed boat ride is fun, takes about an hour and the first stop was at one of the islands beaches. The place was beautiful, we enjoyed a swim in the turquoise waters, however, not long after we arrived half the world invaded the beach and it became super busy, takes away from the experience. The whole day was quite busy, the tours are very popular.

We then had two snorkeling stops, they are fun and you get to see lovely corals and swim with all kinds of fish.

Final stop was for lunch and a final dip in the fantastic water before making our way home.

We seemed to be on a predominantly Chinese speaking trip which meant we missed out on a little bit of detail but got to do and see the main things.

Perfect snorkling but too many tourists - The snorkling and water was perfect, but there is way to many tourists on the island which is a shame. The island are so beautiful, but the tourism is about to make that change. What a shame!

Waste of a good day. - WAY too many people on each boat (40-45) and also WAY too many boats (50-60). It feels like a production line. The islands are also a long way away from the mainland, taking 80 - 90 mins each way. The boat ride is anything but pleasant. The beach is OK once you get there and so is the snorkeling, but you don’t really get much time to enjoy these as you are moved to 4 different locations. Personally, I wish we had stayed at the resort that day…

Overpriced and poor quality trip don't bother - The only good thing about this trip is they kept to the timetable!! Breakfast supplied was good before the uncomfortable and very crowded boat trip. The speedboat holds 40 people on seats moulded into the base of the boat, no room to move or relax. You are unable to see out and the outboard motors are right behind you so the noise is unbearable. The snorkelling spots are busy, lunch was cold curry etc, it rained and there is no shelter at the lunch island. I didn't get any food as it had run out and felt unwell after the boat trip. We moved to another island beach which would have been beautiful if 800 other tourists hadn't arrived on boats!! The trip back was just as bad. Unless you are fit and agile getting on and off the boats is a problem. They did have a good afternoon tea of noodles, tea, coffee etc when we got back. Give this expensive trip a miss!! It has gone down in our trip adventures as one of the worst we have had!!! Don't bother and if you have kids it would be dreadful.
